Order food and went and collected it, when I got home found was missing a fish 2 hours later and still had not received the missing dish. Food here used to be amazing but definitely going down hill and the service now is poor at best

Tried to call repeatedly between 6-7pm to order, couldn’t get through. Drove down at 7:15 and placed my order. Was told half hour wait. Ended up waiting an hour and 15 minutes. Other people arrived expecting deliveries at 6:30 and food was only just being dished up at 8:00pm! Out of my order placed I ordered 4 Spring Rolls, only received 3. Ordered Set Menu B and the Egg Fried Rice was missing and the two bags of Pork Balls, both overcooked and really greasy.Used a few years ago and service was good. Won’t be using again. Avoid!

Ordered meal via website, nothing after two hours, I phoned and asked to wait on the line, the call was then disconnected after a few minutes. I called back and was told they were waiting for delivery driver but would be sent out.30 mins later and nothing, so phoned again and was told still waiting for delivery driver. After 3 hours I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. I was told it would be done Monday and money with me by Thursday. I emailed them Monday to ensure this was done, no response. I waited until Friday and refund not with me. I sent another email and no reply. Will now have to phone them again.Really not acceptable and will not use again!

If you like a dish full of onions then great. A mixed seafood dish with only 5 pieces of seafood (3 squid & 2 muscles) amongst a whole chopped onion is extremely disappointing. I’ve never seen such a thing. A mixed seafood dish this was not. Also shredded chicken was not shredded chicken. More like deeply fried then not bothered to be shredded chicken. Also in a container full of onions. Worst Chinese that we’ve had in ages. I get that times are tough but you ruined both our dinners so won’t use again.

Can't recommend to anyone.Food was delivered an hour and a half late (ordered at 6, delivery promised for 8, arrived at 935 but only after chasing).No communication in this time, called them 72 times before I got past their busy tone. Feel sorry for the staff who had to field the angry customers when the problem was clearly taking on too many orders.Deliverer was extremely apologetic and obviously passed on our disappointment as we were offered 50% refund (after refusing a 20% off next order).Food was ok - special fried rice was boiled rice with sauce hurriedly slopped on top. Feel portions were on smaller side but to be honest after a 3 hour wait I could've eaten the packaging too.Some very blatant fake reviews on this page recently too. Did a bit of digging and seems like there's been a number of problems since new management came in.

Such a disappointment! Food was well below average! Raw onions thorn on each dish! No flavour and we had to wait 2hours (1hr late)! Customer service was shocking too! NEVER AGAIN! Do not bother, go somewhere else!

These guys not only make amazing food but they really go the extra mile to help their customers. I recently ordered food from them and had an extra special request from them to get a particular treat for a certain special someone at the shop next door.These guys were so helpful and popped into the shop, got what I’d asked for a delivered it, without question. They couldn’t have been more accommodating.I use them regularly like I said and the food and service are always 5 star to but this time, they really went over and above! Thank you guys, you’re the best!!

We had just come to the end of a holiday and thought we'd treat ourselves to a Chinese takeaway and we chose this one, which we hadn't used before. Never, ever AGAIN. The shrimp omlette was nice (according to my partner), the beef chowmein was nice and then it went really down hill. The chips were over cooked and dry, the prawn balls couldn't be described and the pancake rolls were the worst i have ever tasted from a chinese takeaway. All in alla total waste of £30 , would rather have cooked something myselfWill never waste my money here again. If i could rate it less than 1 i would.
