Pizza Express in Tonbridge and Malling

Vegan pizza came incorrectly as the vegetarian version for the 2nd time - happened when we here last as well. Vegan salad a bit disappointing - asked for more hummus. Staff friendly and helpful. Waited a while because I think a lot of take out orders on. Everyone enjoyed desserts that were ordered.

Lovely location, friendly staff, food hit the spot too. Time taken for food to arrive was overly relaxed. We gave up on ordering dessert as the one course had taken two hours and we feared how long pudding and coffees might take to appear. It was ashame as it is basically a nice restaurant.

Delicious pizzas 🍕 😋 😍 😜 ❤ and good customer service. Maybe is gonna be better if mothers with baby buggy's can use the second garden in the restaurant, cause there have a steps and it's difficult to go with baby.This is just an advice not blame. 😊By the wayPOLLO AD ASTRA 🍕Is my favourite ♡

What is happening to the world of hospitality?!!Went out for a meal Saturday, so obviously working in the industry I know a Saturday is a busy night so was expecting a wait and not the most speedy service. But oh my god what an absolute dive!!!! Manager-less….no direction….in-fact no anything! I’ve never had service like it! If forgetting was an Olympic event Pizza Express in Tonbridge would hold the record for gold medals. Food- cold, service-diabolical, wait-unheard of. Will I be returning? Not if you paid me! Such a bad experience I will be passing on to everyone I know.

We had booked two tables but they were on opposite ends of the restaurant. Once we explained the situation they rearranged the tables to accommodate all 14 of us. The waitress was very nice and the food was very good. It was very busy so it was a bit slow but that is expected. Overall a great meal!

This was a shambles of a place. Took 1 hour 50 minutes to get served our food. No idea what's going on but it's gone downhill fast. Deliveroo and Just Eat orders ahead of ours. Dirty benches. Avoid, it's not the Pizza Express you know

Great food and good service. Restaurant is clean and has a great atmosphere. Just a shame parking is restricted.

Walked in behind a group of 6 who got a table instantly. They did not book before hand. When it came to my turn at the front of the queue my friend and I was told by another member of staff that they are no longer accepting walk-ins. It was around 8.30 and the restaurant was half empty.At the end of the day it's their loss as we went to eat a far superior meal at another restaurant.

Lovely food, as you can always expect from Pizza Express. The staff were friendly.First time eating out indoors this year. Felt very safe.Also had the honeycomb cheesecake, which was amazing.

Ordered online for collection, got one of the vegan pizzas, doughballs, olives and carrot cake. Was waiting a bit in store, but when it came out the waitress was very sincere and apologetic about it being late even though it was only like 15 minutes. Had it at home and the pizza was fab even though I would have liked more cheese, but overall really good, don't think the peppercorns go very well in the marinated olives however. And to finish off the carrot cake was divine!! Not bad at all, well worth it for some hassle free grub :)
