Pizza Go Go in Tonbridge and Malling

My food eventually arrived all accounted for, tasty and piping hot. The only reason this doesn’t get full marks is that it took almost an hour and a half to arrive, which isn’t great considering I’m only 4 miles away.

I ordered some food at 1 am in the morning and paid through the phone. They took around 90£ for 2 pizza and 2 cans of coke. Split in 3 different transactions. And i received text from the bank some hours after that my card was being used for other transactions. I rang them and ask to refund the money and let them know that one of the members of staff has used my card details for illegal purposes and they said bring us proof and hung up. The guy that answered was so rude. Be careful of scam.

Ordered a pizza which took well over a hour to arrive, was luke warm at best. Called up to say they had made a mistake with my order and the rude chap on the phone stated to argue with me about what I ordered!! Avoid this place.

As a regular customer I was shocked by the response we receive when our order was wrong!! When mypartner called to let them know the man was rude. We will be taking our custom else where!! They make out they will resolve it by saying to contact them? have emailed back!!! Nothing from them???

I received a box of slop. It was a pizza I ordered..... however not pleasant. Let's blame it on the delivery man. No it was poor food. Full of fat recooked.

Very prompt on time and must say 1 of the best tasting pizza in KENT. Loved it.

A bit dirty and run down feeling, but it's cheap. Pizza is good for the price. In need of refurbishment. 4 stars because of decent pizza and good price. Improvement in the quality and cleanliness of the building interior would attract 5 stars.

Small portions, thought they did the order wrong but no... The 'large' pizzas were the size of a small plate barely even to feed us all despite costing £29 on a 'special offer' with some chicken wings thrown in.Phoned to query it, they didn't give a dam.Now, several hours later, my children and I are sick with cramping and stomach aches. Feels like we've got a bug from this food on top of the disappointing meal, very unhappy tummies.I hate leaving bad reviews ever, but I want to warn others about the food and service.

Lovely pizza, terrible customer service. Upon delivery we enjoyed our meal until we got to our dessert of a raspberry ripple cheesecake. Upon taking a bite and realising it was frozen, we called the takeaway to complain and asked for a refund, which they were willing to do until they heard we had taken a bite. Upon this information, regardless of the fact the cheesecake was frozen and we wouldn't have had any other way of knowing otherwise they refused refund and rudely hung up our call. We then called again to get a very rude response of 'we aren't going to refund your item' and then hung up again. Absolutely appalling customer service, am highly debating not using again as staff are so diabolicly rude.
