Popped in for coffee while out for a ride. Its at the top of a steep hill so when i arrived and ordered at the bar, i probably looked like something the cat dragged in. Which is poignant really as the pub looks very posh and selective.. However the staff are really friendly and welcoming and they make an awesome coffee.

If you like your cocktails strong and your dining fine, this one's for you, but you can still find a quick pint as your dog walk wraps up! Don't expect pub food though or budget pricing, these could be the most expensive bar snacks in the Northern Hemisphere!

Wow, I have thoroughly enjoyed my Sunday lunch at The Plough. The food was impeccable and the staff were brilliant, Emily was so attentive and interested in our table. Being a vegetarian, I find it tricky to find a pub that accommodates to my choices but the team were brilliant and made me feel so welcome. I can’t wait to come back. Thank you so much.

Had such a lovely time at The plough Ivy Hatch, the staff are welcoming & really helped me with understanding the menu. The food came out at such high quality/standard I congratulated the chef for his efforts. If you want to come here for a quiet dinner or you’re here in a party you all will be completely satisfied.I strongly recommend the Sunday Beef roast.I’ll certainly be back.

Very friendly service and great food. The foie gras starter is incredible! I’m not sure the decor is to my taste but it’s definitely eye catching! Wine list needs to be bigger! This is however a little gem hidden in the Kent countryside, well worth a visit…

A gorgeous pub restaurant, on a beautiful area.Food was immaculate. Taste and appearance. Only downside was table had to order from one of the menus. Odd.Merlot was very well selected.Staff generally great.A real Saturday lunch treat.

Amazing lunch, the staff were so nice and attentive. We had three of the starters, all of them were delicious. The truffle butternut and pigeon were our favorites. We also had non alcoholic cocktails, even though it wasn't on the menu, really great! The inside of the restaurant looked really good, very beautiful scenery. It must be lovely for dinner as well, with the lights that are coming from the ceiling through the flowers. The food has French accents but elevated and the flavors are beautiful. We had a main each, and shared a dessert as well, it was amazing food. Beautifully presented and cooked, worth it all the way through! We will definitely come again, to try the pub menu next time definitely!

I went to the Plough for lunch yesterday and couldn't be happier! To start I had the butternut squash veloute with homemade seeded bread roll, then the confit salmon - both of which were delicious! To follow I had the saddle of chart farm sika venison which was unbelievable, and then had the fritter for desert which was also great! All in all, I was very impressed with the Plough, it was a great experience with amazing food... and the waiter had arguably the finest, best kept mullet I've ever seen!!

What a wonderful evening at the Plough Ivy Hatch the food was superb fresh and delicious. Fine dining experience cooked by the excellent and talented Head Chef Freddie who even had time for a photo at the end. Excellent atmosphere and decor in the pub itself. We had a pod beautifully decorated with fairy lights flowers heating and music. My grandchildren were catered for with children's menu and a highchair.Waiting staff were excellent, friendly, professional and happy to help with a smile.Would highly recommend the Plough and will definitely be returning....PERFECT10 out of 10
