Had large cod and chips x 2 Friday 10/09/21 its usually nice from here but this time very poor and very dear 18 pounds.It needs to be good to justify this price and it wasn't,will not be returning.Also how they distinguish between medium and large cod for only 40p difference really is beyond me.

Big fish portions.. but the plaice was wafer thin more batter and base rather than fish... but what there was tasted nice. Loads of chips.

Mushy peas, curry sauce very nice, cod and chips ok, plaice and large chips x2 ok. Never get why you would put all of this into a plastic bag??

Excellent Fish & Chips, highly recommend. Great portion sizes. Very friendly staff and handy that they work so closely with the Oriental Gourmet Kitchen next door. Five Stars

A family favourite for our weekly fish and chips. All social distancing and plastic shielding of staff is being followed. Although 3 person limit in shop can lead to small crowd of waiting people outside at busy times.
