Rochester Grill in Tonbridge and Malling

Rude and arrogant bunch, they can't speak English properly and because they couldn't understand my question they dropped the phone. You must be well off and don't need the money why you treat people the way you treat each other in your country. This would be my 5th time eating food here but after todays behaviour, I will no longer spending my money with you all. Rude and arrogant bunch.Update: So after a bit of convincing from someone I know, I went back to Rochester Grill, this time in person. Bought kids chrcken nuggets meal, donar kebab for the wife and chicken shish wrap for myself with fries and onion ringbon the side. The woman was polite, the two men were rude. One actually locked his finger to pick up a paper to wrap the fries. After going home on the Thursday evening to eat, Friday morning my 4 year old woke up with diarrhoea, follows by my two 3 and 2 year old them my wife. The NHS 111 said the symptoms appeared to be food poisoning. I should have stuck to me guns and not go back there.

Don't bother, wrong order and under cooked meat!!

We used this place the other night. The delivery came before time which was unexpected. Service was lovely and friendly. Food was bang on I can't complain about anything that we got. I will deffo use these guys again.... lovely food lovely people I couldn't ask for more.....

Bad food (pizza ingredients were quite bad), bad service, cash only and no receipt (of course). I don't recommend it.

Foods good but it only takes cash, had to go wandering looking for a cash machine

Delivered an hour and twenty minutes after ordering, was stone cold and the meat (we ordered the mixed kebab) was like chewing on a tyre. Ordered through just eat but won't ever be ordering from this place again. All the bad reviews are not wrong!

Yesterday after being at work for 13 hours we chose Finsbury Grill to have dinner. £18 we spent which almost all ended up in the bin.The meat tasted like it was a couple of days old. I was so disappointed I wish I could have stopped the card payment.Avoid this place unless you like to throw your money away

I very rarely buy a kebab but when I do I really look forward to it. I have been a customer purchased here before and it's normally been very good. But this time round I was very disappointed the chips were cooked twice over, so they tasted like cardboard I couldn't even eat them. The kebab was fatty and yucky. Shame. I eat what I could but I was extremely disappointed.

I order from this kebab house all the time and today’s order was the worst one I’ve ever had.I only give it a two because it had a nice salad with it.The meat was all dry and crispy and looked like it had been sitting there all day. It was absolutely disgusting. Even the dog didn’t want it.
