On 21.04.22 much better service than a year ago (which I wrote about on here): friendly and much quicker. By accident they gave me a large flat white rather than normal-sized but didn't charge. However it was too milky. The friand was fresh and delicious - just as it should be. The bacon buttie was tasty (and helpfully came in a foiled bag) but I'm not sure the roll was buttered, which to me is quite an obvious thing to do.However they didn't ask me if I was eating in or taking away, so they had to move the friand from a plate and put it in a bag; they didn't put any serviettes in the bag and the coffee then leaked. You would think that would be a basic thing to put in a takeaway bag.So they've still some tweaks to do before I'd give them 4 or 5 stars.

Really nice vibe in here. Staff always friendly and go the extra mile. Definitely worth a visit.

Good Place to grab a bite, rendezvous with a friend or coffee before you head out to Central London.

Very disappointed customers. We have frequented this café as regular customers since the day the establishment opened during which time we have enjoyed a coffee and a cake on many occasions but of late find that the quality of the coffee has seriously deteriorated. Having tried both ordinary and decaffeinated Americanos we are convinced either inferior coffee is now used or the quantity of coffee per cup has been reduced. In addition to the drop in coffee quality they also have recently increased prices. Would certainly not recommend, but would suggest that a visit to another nearby establishment would result in a more satisfying experience.

Definitely the best coffee in tonbridge and the staff are very friendly and helpful i have been using finch house since it opened never had a single issue i visit 3 to 4 times a week and will continue to do so brilliant

Overpriced and poor quality food. Ordered a chai latte which tasted like lukewarm milk, the all-day breakfast was laughable for the price. Looked and tasted as though it had just came out of a microwave. It's a shame because the shop itself is a nice set up but definitely would not recommend.

Used to be a very nice cafe, standards have gone down majorly. I don't particularly mind waiting for food if its busy but the food is often cold and not well cooked. Have been going here since it first opened and likely won't go back. Really disappointed in the last few visits. Not the staffs fault, I feel they are always packed with not many staff. Poor management I think.

I'm really sad about them standard going really down the hill.I really love this place since they open. Any time we jump in town was they only place to going.Last visit:no soup in peak timesalads unseasoned with missing ingredients (I done the queue again for ask)more than 20 min just for toasted the bagels.Hopefully they rising again.

Not impressive, this place is a fast food concept with nice ambience. I like the location and setting but been here twice and was disappointed both times. Visited the first time for cake and coffee, cake tasted like cake mix out of a box and coffee too milky. Thought to give it a second chance and visited the second time for brunch and coffee. Coffee as usual were big and too milky, had the all-day breakfast and avocado - presentation were good but they are not cooked with heart. Egg comes in a perfect molded and overcooked, avocado are like cheap store bought paste. Sourdough were good though so 2 stars

Went in for a late breakfast. Loads of veggie options but only one vegan sandwich (carrot and houmous which is a bit uninspiring) strange as they offer milk alternatives (oat/ coconut/ almond) for the coffee but then not for the porridge. They have so many sandwiches/ paninis/ toasties that are veggie but they all have cheese! I also noticed no gluten free options at all for those needing this. My partner was not keen on the carrot houmous sandwich so he didn't eat but the veggie food I had was good. Lots of seating room and facilities for babies (high chair/ changing toilet). Staff were friendly but if you have allergies/ intolerances or are vegan they don't seem able to prepare a sandwich or croissant without one of the set ingredients - it's all pre-prepared so what you see is what you get. There are vegan/ gluten free options over the road in a cafe called Basil so I would personally go there instead next time.
