Fabulous. Friendly warming and comforting. Its like being in a place full of people u dont know but by time you leave you know them all. Comfort in a huge hug.

Friendly professional and very attentive staff greeted us with such a warm welcome. The food was so delicious - the best meal we've had for a long time. The table was ours for the evening so we could just relax and enjoy our coffee and soak up the lovely atmosphere. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Wow what an adventure!This hotel is a gem that keeps on giving. From the moment we drove into the car park to the moment we left we experienced such a warm welcome. The host Darren invited us into his home. The entrance was cosy , warm and felt like home. The pictures, ornaments and painting intrigued me.The host took our bags and offered us drinks.The coffee the meals were out of this world. Amazing in every way. The room was quaint and charming. So unique. The bathroom had an old Victorian fireplace in it . Out of the ordinary. Beautiful.The place felt safe and the parking was secure with a coded gate.Breakfast was delicious. I cant wait to go again.A lovely place I'm going to be visiting often . Definitely value for money .THANKYOU .

One of the best venues around we had a Sunday lunch with soecial friends to celebrate my wifes birthday. The food was excellent and the ambiance excels staff helpful and friendly. As for the host Darren there is nothing he would not do to make sure the day is perfect and memorable. Will book again and again.

We were taken to Hilltop Restaurant by friends as a treat and really enjoyed it. The welcome we received was incredible-so warm and friendly. The staff were so helpful and there was no rush to leave after we had eaten. The food was absolutely first class. We were shown a couple of the rooms in the mainbuilding which were decorated to a very high standard and were spotlessly clean.We plan to go back again and would highly recommend it for food or for an overnight stay.
