The Ivyhouse Dining Room and Bar in Tonbridge and Malling

Very very very noisy in the left room only go inside if you are in a group and out for a sesh.....couldnt hear myself think lol.... Outside is better x

Pizza bar. The ales are surprisingly good. The pizzas could be good if they'd leave them in the oven long enough, but they seem to prefer volume and speed over quality. That close to being really good.

Like many places, it has still to reach its full potential, sitting in side, mid week, it was chilly, but there were customers, the place has a busy and positive feel, the food is simple but good, the service was cheerful, I would recommend it and look forward to a return visit, if you read other comments you will see it can already get busy at weekends which speaks for itself.

Was very excited to come back here as only visited a couple of times in the summer, however this experience was not great, the new manager didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing, and had to keep asking the young staff how to do everything, couldn’t answer any questions about the food menu and seemed to just sit by the bar or wander round looking lost, got given the wrong bill then when the correct one came it had extra items on there which we didn’t have, then to be told we were wrong, a very disorganised set up and won’t be returning

What a lovely little find this place was. We were visiting tonbridge to see a show at the castle and was looking for somewhere to have a few drinks beforehand when we came across The Ivy House.From the friendly greeting as we walked through the door to the quick efficient service we received the whole experiance was perfect.We were only there for drinks but watching the food pass our table to others we could see and smell how amazing it was. The kitchen is open and you can see your dood being prepared. Definitely 10/10 and we will be visiting again

Love what they have done with the Ivy House following the refurb. The outdoor space is lovely, really nicely done and we sat out from 7-10pm and the heaters kept us toasty. The menu is limited to burgers, pizzas and a minute steak but it's good quality and very tasty. I enjoyed my minute steak but could have eaten more tbh. I had one of the ice cream desserts which again could have been more substantial. Overall a very enjoyable evening.

Hadn't been to the Ivy House since their recent renovation of the outside area, and wow, what an improvment! Popped in for an impromptu post-muddy walk drink with friends, and dog, and they couldn't have been more accommodating. The garden now looks massive, but is sheltered and has many heaters dotted around to keep off the October chill. The menu looks fantastic so we'll definitely be back.

Such an amazing place with delicious food. I really recommend the shared platter, it was amazing. For main course we had pizzas and hamburger, everything 5 stars. The stuff is very helpful and welcoming. A place to go!

Stopped for a quick drink. Sat outside in hot sunshine. Served immediately by lovely efficient staff. I had the Harvey's ale, my wife had Pinot Grigiot wine. Excellent 10 out of 10 for the whole visit. Highly recommend.

Good food with a menu focus on pizza and burgers. The drinks menu is quite extensive. I would go again, but a bit more meal variation would be good.I had an anchovie pizza ~£11.00 and Peroni ~£4.50 . Pizzas are all made with a nice sourdough base.Currently the dining is only done outside, it is close to the main road though Tonbridge but you feel quite disconnected. There are nuber of patio heaters that cover the seating. You can chose between high stool seats or normal chairs for dining of just drinks.Service good but not special.
