Austens' Restaurant in Tunbridge Wells

First time there and we're well impressed. Delicious food, great selection, nice atmosphere. (Nachos with spicy chicken to die for and delicious glazed ribs). Great service and friendly staff. The small downside was an extended waiting time for food, where kids for a bit restless, but perhaps it was due to the fact we were a party of 8.

Love this restaurant. The western themed decor is amazing, they've really gone for it! The food is delicious and definitely hits the spot! The hotel rooms are absolutely beautiful also and very reasonably priced. The staff are really lovely and will make your stay/visit a great one!

Highly impressed with our waiter he was absolutely fantastic, exceptional customer service skills, friendly and attentive.We had a large group with 3 with allergy and dietary requirements needed.No issues, everything was perfect and the food was delicious.I can't recommend Tunbridge Wells Smith and Western enough, will definitely be visiting again.

Birthday to remember . We always come here for special occasions, would come more often if it was closer 😉. What's not to like. The food , lots and sooo tasty. The service , always a winner ,the price , can't grumble at that either... go to restaurant for us..

This place has a lot going for it, a fun atmosphere, very friendly and attentive servers and a great selection of US classics. My partner enjoyed her burger but it was easily the worst fajita I’ve ever had - despite my best efforts the aftertaste remains!

EXCELLENT FOOD! Fantastic prices, best service I’ve ever had. If you can overlook the very slightly cheesy decor and just appreciate the food and service, it’s the best place to go, especially at lunchtime as for £17, you get a 3 course meal and an alcoholic drink included and it’s not half sizes or limited menu, there’s a great choice👍We booked, but midweek lunch is not rammed so you could probably just walk in, although book to be sure 👍We ordered a ton of food and had several doggy bags to go, a few drinks each( alcoholic) and the bill was less than £100 !!!!We will definitely be going back again regularly as the menu has a good variety so you won’t get bored .So, if you like American food, it’s a good all rounder as good for families, couples and pretty much very everyone else 👍👍👍

Stopped in for a quick lunch during the week. Service was great, drinks and food delivered quickly, and they were all good. One of us ordered off the lunch time menu - good value, especially with the frozen mojito, and the other from the normal menu. Portions large, and the milkshake yum. Will return if passing by.

Love this restaurant. Friendly helpful staff who found us a table for 2 on a busy Saturday evening. The atmosphere was buzzing and our meals were delicious. Loads of parking and clean toilets.

We ordered food and after 1 hour we noticed those who arrived after us was eating, it arrived as I was trying to find a waiter.I had ordered a well done steak and it arrived rare, so it had to go back.Took ages to find someone to pay the bill.A very poor visit.

The venue itself truly immersed the 'western' vibe, from cowhide sections of the floor and stool coverings to the music being played both indoors and outdoors. The staff members and their uniforms topped it for me, all wearing their cowboy hats, jeans and check shirts. The decorations were fantastic.The food is a little pricey (by my standards anyway), but after the taste test I can appreciate the cost. Meal choices for anyone that wanted to know: Nacho Share Platter, New Yorker Burger and the Vanilla Cheesecake. All very delicious and my sweet-tooth was suitably satisfied.Staff members all incredibly polite and courteous and our particular server was always smiling - first rate service and this woman is a credit to the eatery.
