Beau Nash in Tunbridge Wells

Such a fantastic experience. Just discovered this little gem. One of the oldest pubs in the area recently refurbished and lovely outdoor space. Delicious lunch in the sun. Big shout out to Erica who looked after us so well. Perfect host. 😊

Pleasantly surprised by the Beau Nash. I've been here before years ago and didn't think much, but it's had a revamp and a new menu and it's really good! A decent beer selection and a really, REALLY good new menu; definitely worth checking out.

Good atmosphere and garden is sunny. Lovely staff and the food menu is something I can explore more in my next visit. They do a good Harveys but would like to see a few more local ales.

Great renovation, making the most of the best bits of the pub. Delicious food and good wine selection. Much more child friendly.

Great place tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main town... Great outside space to both soak up the sun whilst ticking into some lovely food and drink...

Always been a great beer garden to have a well kept Harvey’s, now there’s fantastic sharing plates to enjoy as well.

New team have done a great job. Still a pub but trendier while staying true to being a pub. Didn't eat there but interesting menu of light bites and fuller plates. Good service from bar staff.Still serving Harvey's beer ...Will be returning.

A recent change of ownership and refurbishment has elevated the Beau Nash to the top table of pubs in Tunbridge Wells. The new food menu looks enticing and the bar is well stocked. I'm longing for the summer months to take advantage of the outside space.

Beautiful decor, lovely atmosphere, great staff and food. Very dog-friendly too.

Trudging back to the hotel on a cold December afternoon I was in two minds whether to pop into a pub somewhere on the way. Then it started raining, and that made the decision for me. I saw the Beau Nash pub sign by the road and turned right into a wide alley that led to the pub. I say wide because it was wide enough for a rubbish truck that started to reverse into it, (and I briefly thought that there was no changing my mind now!)The pub is at the end of this alley and does have a garden to the right and at the back, but wasn’t an option on my visit as it was now chucking it down.Harveys ‘Sussex Best’ was on at £4.60 a pint and was in good condition.The rain continued.The pub had only two other customers and it was mid afternoon so I wondered if they were still doing food. It was, and I thought just a sandwich to go with the second pint, while waiting for the showers to pass over.The grilled cheese with chorizo sandwich I ordered was much bigger than expected. It also had other fillings such as salami and different cheeses. Frankly, it was fantastic. About £7 as I recall.I followed it with another Harveys and, as the rain had eased off, I left.A friend later told me that he thought it was closed. Well, it has reopened I told him, and well worth a visit.
