Pizza always hot. Delivery service always kind. Pizza on time or sometimes earlier. I ate better pizza but I'll give 5 stars because they deserve for that. 5 stars is for quality compare to price.

Oh my days..... do not ever be unhappy with anything with this guy ...... he was rude because I asked where my food was after a long delay. and he took my money. Now won't answer phone. Finally got a totally wrong pizza and missing dessert.Scumbag of a man who talks to his customers like dirt.

Look the pizza is great I actually love it. It’s just a shame the customer service is so diabolical. They are never open until the time they say they are on food apps like just eat and google, refuse to deliver to areas they advertise to, and then refuse to give you a refund when you place an order and say they are closed or can’t deliver to your area! Again a massive shame as I am a regular order from there as I love their pizza but their customer service is almost as bad as Aston Villa’s relegation season and it’s a massive annoyance. Don’t order from there, more inconvenience then it is worth and you get let down more than what the pizza is worth tbh. Food as always good but customer care really poor. They don't make the drivers confirm their orders as they collect them so left waiting forever to receive the food. Drivers who don't confirm the orders can hold them for ages without delivery taking more from the other apps they have. 1hr to deliver our food when asking the shop if it's been collected was told no but 5 mins later turned up as collected and recieved in minutes.Basically not very happy the shop and drivers have a duty to customer service.Worked in the food business for 20yrs plus so I know how it works. Honesty would of given a far better review

A friend recommended trying here as he heard they do a good deal on extra large pizzas.He wasn't wrong ordered the 20" All In One pizza and added chicken on top of that. Which came to just over £20 including delivery.Pizza arrived early which I wasn't expecting as it's not exactly nearby me.Pizza was pretty good, split it with my friend or we wouldn't have been able to eat it all. Toppings were nicely spaced out and the crust was delicious (ordered thin crust). Was a little greasy and a more flavoursome cheese could have been used however. Still definitely worth ordering if you fancy pigging out as it still tasted better than other more commercial chains.

A real shame as cheese has always been our go to pizza takeaway, they do really nice pizza.But unfortunately don't seem to be paying attention to what they are doing as the last few times we have ordered they have got our order wrong everytime, think for the future we will go somewhere else :( really disappointed.

Awful....delivered wrong pizza on previous order, which was new years eve. Was told they would rectify the situation, we waiting nearly 2 hours and ended up having to get something else, as all the children were hungry. Ruined the beginning of or new years party.Their manners were appalling too.Was told I would get a £5 discount next time we ordered. I tried to order this evening and I've never come across someone so rude.Refused to give me discount, changed his mind. Refused to give me his name, refused to give me the managers name then put the phone down on me.Yes the pizzas are nice but I would truly rather spend my money elsewhere than give a penny to such rude people.Appalling!

Better than dominoes and a fraction of the price and they make the order pretty quickly. Never ordered by phone, so can't comment on phone service and delivery. They always seem friendly when I go in. I recommend the 20" pepperoni with pepperoni stuff crust.
