Costa Coffee - Royal Spa Retail Park in Tunbridge Wells

Great selection of hot and cold drinks... Now sell M&S food too. Ample parking... And Samuel works here.. I like to refer to him as Mr Cheery. You'll see why! (he looks like Fred Sirieix) 🙈🙈

Could only give us takeaway cups even though we had drinks in also no plates, no spoons and no sugar. One star is generous. All tables had dirty plates and cups. Had to wipe my own table. Don't bother visiting.

Love Costa we had a kit kat hot chocolate and hot cross bun cap went down a treat. Love staff very friendly

It's a Costa1 the coffee is good2 the snacks are inviting and well made if slightly small3 there was a queue4 someone in the queue had a problem with their order5 the place is clean with someone clearing tables constantly6 go you won't be disappointed

Always good for coffee plenty of room and beautiful gifts upstairs. Clothes downstairs very good

Another server who doesn't listen to an order, too busy chatting.Missed food order but I couldn't be bothered to deal with it so settled for a latteWas made with so much milk and little coffee it was plain horrible.Will give this one a miss in the future

Nice area . Costly but tasty :) I had iced coffee and vegan rocky road :) Pop had a cheese and ham toastie . 9/10 from him .. loosing a start due to price :)

A coffee shop is a place where you really want to drink your (not inexpensive) coffee in relative peace and at least able to here the person sitting opposite you. This Costa shop was so noisy that I couldn't hear the person on my table. The shop sounded like a busy dining room, and not a place that could to be enjoyed on this November Sunday morning. The space really needs a sound dampening system installed. Not sure I will be visiting this shop any time soon if I wish to enjoy a Costa coffee.
