Nice but a little small and only one toilet.

The worst coffees. If you ask for a proper decaf latte with extra froth, you get a watery one with no taste whatsoever. Wrong. Additionally, the staff is unfriendly. The blond woman who acts as the manager needs to change her attitude or change job as she's miserable.

Great placement and great staff, I'm a regular and it shows when u arrive that they remember you and usually Your order.

My favourite coffee shop. Very friendly staff and a great menu selection and never been let down.

Super friendly service here, which was nice. The mocha was hot and sweet as you would expect.

Town centre location, very handy gor shopping and banking. Multi storey car park nearby.

On the whole pretty good, and I prefer Costa generally. Service very good, prices still quite sensible, staff working hard to deliver under some pressure.Good atmosphere, recommended.

I don't drink coffee, but have the cold smoothie like drinks, mint choc chip and ruby chocolate, both of which are delicious. I would say that all Costa's are overpriced, so don't expect a cheap coffee or drink, and especially not food!I can't comment on the quality of coffee, but it smells strong, and it's all freshly made.The place itself is decent, enough places to sit, a good layout, toilets etc. And the staff are friendly enough

Honestly, it's not as good as I remember it from a couple of years ago. The coffee is OK, the sweet treats are good and the best thing about them (chocolate tiffin for instance)... but the problem is the lunches. They're, well, dull. They're bready and boring. Pret is a much better bet for lunch.
