Croma in Tunbridge Wells

Really nice restaraunt with fantastic service. Thank you Sam! The pizzas are freshly cooked and taste so good. The pizza can be ordered and brought to the screen for you. We ate at the restaraunt and from sit down to the bill it was 15 mins, including starters!!

In the past we have had good meals at the Croma.Sadly I went there twice this week the first time I had to complain my prawns weren't cooked the sauce was cold and it was smothered in rocket and balsamic dressing which I didn't ask for and dont like I did get a fresh pizza which was okay.We then took the grandchildren there after a film in the sand week - their pizzas were any just ok my husband spinach was all burnt and my marinara once again the prawns were not cooked properly and it was all unappetising.I took my dish to the counter because I wasn't happy that there was a waitress/cook helper wearing yellow washing up gloves - to not only serve - take money and then go behind the counter and start preparing the pizza toppings😱😱😱She assured me she'd been washing the rubber gloves in between but I had been watching and she had not also it wasn't a very nice thing to be doing anyway I knew other people had complained and I took my complaint to the supervisor.I did ask to speak to somebody in charge - she said they weren't there I was told and they were totally understaffed and if the chef wasn't there they shouldn't be serving food they should just be serving drinks. There was only enough staff just to do that people were waiting for ages for their food and as I say when it came it was totally unsatisfactory 😩😩😩

Very fast service, nice staff and lovely food. Would recommend!
