A bit underwhelmed with the food quality.I opted for a burger, presentation as to be expected, cooked properly.I was expecting good things, their marketing team must be on point. The taste though was about value supermarket quality, totally disappointing and won't get me going back. The staff were excellent so can't knock them.

Came in with my partner and had a fabulous time! Came in on Saturday and it seems super busy but had great food and service. Will for sure be coming back again :)

Came here on Saturday night and our waiter, Alex, was just superb - he made the evening for us really. So helpful, fun and friendly. It makes such a difference to have such a lovely waiter! Thanks Alex! Also the fizzy cola bottle cocktail is super yummy and our food was so tasty too - I loved the salmon risotto. Would come again for sure.

Prefacing this by saying this would have been a 1 star had it not been for the lovely girl serving us and that they did eventually rectify the issues. 4 of us came here for dinner tonight, were told at 6.50 that they didn't have space but could book us in for 7.10 (was half empty in there but I don't know what bookings they had coming in so I can't judge that) came back at 7.10 and were seated. Had bowling booked for 8.30 next door so thought it would be perfect timing wise. Ordered our drinks and meals (each ordered a cocktail and a soft drink). Half an hour later, still waiting for our drinks (not even the cokes had arrived) eventually at 7.55, a full 45 minutes after arrival we got our drinks. Now slightly worried about our timings as we had 35 minutes to eat pay and leave, we asked one of the male members of staff if we could get a time on our food, he said yes and never came back. Our food arrived at 8.12, a full hour after we were seated in a half empty restaurant. I had ordered the NY chicken (chicken breast with BBQ sauce and bacon, fries coleslaw and corn) I had asked for no cheese, and it was bought out with no cheese, but also no BBQ sauce. That's fine, on a time limit and considering food took so long I didn't want to complain and it take longer. The chicken was so dry it flaked under my fork, the chips were stone cold as were the onion rings. Only thing I ate was the bacon (have included a picture of my plate when I was finished with my meal) I would like to add that the rest of the tables food was lovely and hot and they all finished their dishes (lasagne, chicken Parm and a pizza) and it became very clear that my food had clearly been cooked prior to the rest of the table and had sat on the counter to dry out and go cold. When the waitress came to clear our plates, she looked shocked that my meal was pretty much untouched, and I explained the issue. She said she would speak to the manager, and then came back with a receipt with my meal taken off. This is appreciated, but at this point with the waiting and being ignored by other staff members, the whole table was annoyed and we were expecting the manager to come over. Instead, I went and found him and explained all the issues. He comped us for our cocktails which was again, appreciated, but we shouldn't have to find ourselves in a situation where this level of complaining was needed. I know I sound like a Karen but what was supposed to be a fun meal before bowling with friends turned into me leaving with an empty stomach and a bad taste in my mouth, not from the food.

We came for a dinner before the movie (it's a little restaurant next to the cinema). It was Monday, it wasn't busy and we didn't wait for long at the entrance (about half a minute maybe). We didn't book but were immediately seated and got the menus. After being seated we did have to wait for awhile (friends went to the toilet, came back and the we were waiting a bit more) - maybe because they got a few more parties in the meantime. When the orders were taken we waited for food for awhile (though the orders were simple and the restaurant was mostly empty), but I wouldn't say it was long enough to have a complaint about, it's just worth a mention. After the food came we were waiting for the drinks a bit longer - actually we almost finished eating by the time drinks arrived (we ordered spicy food, so the drinks would've been quite a nice save if they'd arrived in time). From just looking around, I'd say they did have things to do, so I can't say they were just taking their time, and the only conclusion would be that they've been a but understaffed (maybe it's still the effect of the pandemic 🤷‍♂️).This is not to say that I wouldn't recommend the restaurant, quite the opposite, just keep in mind that the service is not fast and you're gonna have to wait - so if you're planning to eat before going to cinema, give yourself time before your movie starts (we gave ourselves an hour with movie tickets being bought beforehand). Also, we did get a table without a reservation, but as I mentioned it was Monday evening and the restaurant was mostly empty, so I'd still recommend to make a reservation, especially during weekends. Now, all this is not meant to sound as a complaint, just a thing to keep in mind - especially if you want to eat and catch your movie on time. That said, the food was really nice, and we also enjoyed the Italian-American ambient with old rock music playing (Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra, The Beatles)...All the staff members were friendly and polite (and apologetic for slower service - which, as we came to understand, wasn't much of their fault)...So, making a booking would be recommended and it would be wise to give yourself some extra time if planning to watch a movie after the meal, but the food is nice, ambient is great and staff is friendly and polite (and I'd say the pricing is average).

Birthday Party Heaven. Lots of different groups of families, generally marking birthdays when we went on a Saturday lunchtime. We went bowling at the alley next door on the same industrial estate which also has a cinema. The food was Good, the service was attentive and just what we wanted with a group of ten. Every birthday group had a birthday tribute song played by the restaurant. In the longer term probably need a few more staff to help out. Well done, thoroughly enjoyable.

Great family friendly restaurant convenient for the picture house, bowling alley and other amenities. Wide ranging American- Italian menu with a decent choice for veggies, friendly service and great old music playing to keep us oldies entertained, although you may soon get fed up with Stevie Wonders, Happy birthday!! We'd recommend that you book beforehand as it can get very busy.

Very nice restaurant. One of the better frankie and bennys. Plenty of parking. Fast service. Hassle free. Food came out lovely and hot. Atmosphere was chilled. The price is very reasonable. Plenty of space between tables. Seating is comfy. Lots of vegan options. Cocktails are nice
