Poor. FIrst of all, we went in as a party of 3. My 81yo mother with severe mobility issues and clear as day that she is disabled, myself and my niece.I can't fault the politeness of the staff but if you do not have disabled accessible toilets we would have liked to have known before being seated as I would not have ate here. The toilets are in the basement and steep and no way my mother could have gone down the stairs. We ordered the food. The crackers were spicy and not very nice they were left. The other dishes or tapa's Veg Spring Rolls and Duck Spring Rolls not very nice and the egg fried rice was okay. The Pork Dumplings were not that great. It was 37.00 for the privilege and my little niece said it was "fakey chinese"! Never again. Very very disappointed. Please do not bother to open in Canterbury.

Cleanest was 8/10 (it was clean but the toilets smell bad could have done better nothing worst then eating and having thar good taste in your mouth for after taking it away because of the smell in toilet)5. Another Giggling Squid, and the same efficient service and delicious food. There is a lot of space and is nice and bright. The toilets are ok. Located centre of the high street.

We've used Giggling Squid for years and have noticed the standards getting steadily worse. From ordering online and waiting an hour, to hairs in our food which we've always given the benefit of the doubt to them. (These things can happen) However, our last two visits to the restaurant have also been poor. The staff are disinterested, obnoxious and unhelpful. We were told today that there were no tables available despite the restaurant being literally empty. (Seemed strange but fair enough). The majority of the staff were congregated around the front desk chatting and we were an inconvenience. We were told it would be an hour and a half at least for a table so we left and went across the road. An hour later we walked past and the restaurant was still empty and the staff were still chatting! Further to this we had tried to order online today but their website was not accepting orders. We will not be visiting this place again and when we add up the poor service, hairs in food, waiting for an hour, cold food it makes me wonder why we bothered at all! It's not as if its cheap. Final word, employ staff who have basic social skills and can be bothered to be polite and helpful!!

I love this Thai restaurant! The tapas set let me to enjoy different foods in one plate. Curry and chicken wing are very tasty, highly recommended!

Amazing and delicious :) very impressed with the Deliveroo menu where vegan food was clearly labelled and made things a lot smoother to order :)The portion size was a way too small small for the price considering we spend a little over £40 and we only had a main and a rice each so for this reason won’t be a re order …But it tasted great and if budget is no option it’s a GO :)Lovely looking bag

Love this restaurant! Been here a number of times now, the lady who showed us to the table was great as she kept looking behind to see of we were OK and still following. The squid is the best I have tested thus far and my mains was delicious, attention to care and details in the vegetables. A couple of dishes were a bit hot but that's personal preference and the waiter said we could tailor this to be not so spicy. The South African chein blanc white white was so tasty.I recommend this lovely lovely restaurant 😍 😊

First of all both of us have been to Bangkok so we have high expectation of this place. We order a tapas set and added two additional tapas. The thai curry is o.k but the pork belly was too dry and salty. The papaya salad is acceptable but can use some sugar. Thai cuisine is all about balancing the herbs and spices. The lychee drink and mango, lime & chilly drink are fine.
