KFC in Tunbridge Wells

We ate here on Friday night after a family trip bowling. Absolutely awful experience. Waited 25 minutes for our order, they got our order wrong, and when the food eventually arrived it was cold and completely unappetising. Avoid

This place is an evil necessity. The staff are so young with a don't care attitude. I have been going here for around 1.5 years and it has just got worse. There never seems to be a senior person out front that takes care of things. The waiting time is ridiculous. You have other food outlets by you that give a far better customer experience. You need to step up or you'll lose regular customers. Sorry to keep you waiting or have a great day wouldn't even pass through their lips as they simply do not care.

Owen was outstanding. His service and dedication towards the chicken quality really made my meal the most spectacular meal I’ve ever eaten. Thank you Owen for your service and kindness.

I was 1st in this morning. Absolutely appalled that they open, with food on the floor, table tops and seats. Bins overflowing and the touch screens to order food were absolutely disgustingly dirty. I do not recommend licking your fingers after touching the touch screens. I dread to think what the kitchen area must be like. Last time I ever eat there, as they are clearly not concerned about cleanliness or hygiene

The combination of Covid, staffing shortages and the adoption of third party delivery services has meant this is no longer a ‘fast food’ restaurant. I queued for a take away and waited a further 40 minutes to get my order. Not really acceptable and I won’t be visiting again. Shame as I do love the original recipe chicken with fries and some gravy… ☹️

Came here at 10 to 9 at night and was closed. On the door it says it shuts at 11pm Monday to Saturday shuts 10pm Sunday. Being a Thursday it should of been open. Knock on the door and the staffs attitude was dreadful. Googled the opening hours and it said 9pm closing now. So even then at 10 to 9pm it should of still been open. Considering they stay open much past 9pm to the delivery company’s. Shocking. DONT PUT CLOSING 11PM ON THE DOOR IF CLOSES AT 9PM. At the best of times this kfc is rubbish but we fancied one for a change to see if was any better but was obviously very wrong. If I could give 0 stars I would

Joseph was really lovely and great with my daughter when I visited earlier this week. Giving her high fives and cracking jokes. Bought a smile to my face! Food was quick and fresh. Thank you!

Good food and nice atmosphere.Love the Zinger Stacker, but a pity regular, sugary Pepsi isn't sold...One of the things that makes this place stand out is the gentleman who cleans tables, etc. It's a very understated role, but he really is a star. Always helpful and willing to go the extra mile...

Supposed to be FAST food, I was waiting 25 minutes for my order. Chips were luke warm by the time I eventually got them but I couldn’t be bothered to wait any longer. I understand Friday nights are busy but McDonalds next door never has an issue like this. Took 15 minutes alone for my order number to be shown on the screen. Definitely needs a bigger kitchen, or even a better system…

Visited for some lunch today.. the social distancing measures in place were very thorough.. member of staff standing at the door only allowing a certain amount of customers in the restaurant at one time. Recieved our order in quick time, but were a little mixed up and one item missing from the order, but this was soon rectified. Food did not look overly appetizing, but tasted finger licking good!! (But avoid licking fingers unless hands washed thoroughly!!!)
