Mahdi Tandoori in Tunbridge Wells

Won't be using again. Bought an Indian from here last night and both my husband and mother in law have had sickness and diarrhoea since 4 in the morning. Food hygiene obviously isn't one of there strong points.

It was OK! Portion size was really good, delivery time was good but all the food was really really salty so left quite a lot and I love my Indian food!. I probably wouldn't be fussed about ordering again.

The special chicken biriyani is the BEST!!! affordable prices!!

The best curry house I have eaten in to date. The dishes are so amazingly complex and well balanced. Food was still piping hot with quick delivery as well!

Food delivered promptly as always and was awesome too, portions can be on the large size but you can't ever moan about some leftovers for the next day 😏

Ordered via just eat. It was delivered on time still piping hot and both of our curries were the best we've had in a long time. We are stopping in a cottage on holiday and I was I could have a curry house as good as this where we live. Bloody marvellous 👍👍👍

Order this as takeaway today.I'm very disappointed with the restaurant it took 2:30h to deliver food (ordered at 8:30pm arrived 10:40pm) plus I spoke to the chef 4 times (during this time )! about my order he was reassuring me that food it's on the way !when it arrived meat was dry chewy plus pad Thai was full of pasta and onions (photos will be attached)called the restaurant straight away !that will bring the food back as the quality is appalling !I don't want a discount for future meals !I had horrible experience today with food quality and I want full refund!I hope manager of this restaurant will read it !!!

I would give more stars if I could. We always get the set meal for 2 and it is massive. I mean it would feed 4 people.All of their food is tasty but I enjoy the tikka jalfrezi most of all.Lovely place for takeaway and they deliver it relatively quickly. You can also eat in and take your own alcohol although I have never done that. very nice owners too.

Only took an hour and 50 minutes and counting to arrive.... have had the food before and it’s nice enough but ordered this through Just Eat and the driver won’t answer the phone. Rang the restaurant to chase it up and got fobbed off with ‘its on the way’. Hoping it’ll be the same quality as had before because it has been good food but very disappointed with the service for obvious reasons. Thinking about going to bed soon in which case no point eating.... likely to go elsewhere in future if they have more reliable delivery times/waits.
