McDonald's in Tunbridge Wells

Mc Donalds have done an excellent job improving there food vastly over the past 10 years. The vegan burger and chips which are chips using potato are not over salted any more. There are other plant base things which are good though one slice of tomato and one or two slices of cucumber in a half filled box of lettuce is a poor deal. It is better than a number of restaurants and Weatherspoons. 40 to 10 years ago but for coffee everything used to be dreadful and if you visited Canada they were also very dirty.You can also check what is in the food which you can not do in many places. It was made law in 1997 but ignored sadly after its first year.

What is says on the tin, so at is usual standard.Unfortunately, had run out of the Tiramisu McFlurry but it was still being digitally advertised.Manager was apologetic and sorted an alternative. 👍

Good place to get out with the family nice food , ques like in most MCD's but in the end a pleasant enough experience .

Always always always miss something when going through the drive through...can't remember last time we went through and got our full order!! You've got one job!

Went through the drive thru. Didn't have to wait long to order, however we did have to pull into a bay to wait for our food. The wait wasn't long however the parking is very cramped.

A Covid 2 years since our last visit. The dining space is now full of Deliveroo/Just Eat drivers waiting to collect. The teenagers now swear loudly and brazenly. The air conditioning is still too fierce. I feel nothing but admiration for the lovely staff who have to deal with this. I think this is our last time eating in here.

I tend to use the drive thru here and I have never had any problems with my orders. The food though can be a bit hit and miss some times the burgers can at times a bit dry but the next time that I go there the food can be spot on. The staff though are friendly and helpfull.

We were visiting the retail park and decided to pop in for a cheeky breakfast. The food was really fresh and tasty, what made it was the young lad who continually walked round making sure the customers were happy and asking if people needed anything!Great service, McDonald's take note that other McDonald's restaurants could learn from this!

Somebody coming just right once on the bell 🔔 and gone. Delivery comes very cold and without one ☝🏻 apple pie but everyone see I pay all. And charge £3,50 for delivery??? Plus 0,50 it’s till now didn’t charge nothing I know now that situation but I like if I check if is comes everything. No?Thank youMichaela

I order a big mac big meal and a mcchicken big meal and the order was not that I paid I call to mcdonalds and the lady who answered the phone was very arrogant
