Good fresh food including a design your own sandwich option, and super staff. Lovely location with loads of natural light under the palm house style glass roof of the Victoria centre. Perfect for a pit stop or a light lunch

If only I could give 0 stars! Dyed red hair staff member had called me and the group I was with “thick in the head” and proceeded to flip us off as she walked away after whilst her colleague on shift pointed a fork at us in a threatening manner. Later on walking back this lady on shift continued to throw insults at us using abusive terminology towards us. I think Taste Wells should review their staff selection process and offer training for staff like this who clearly have no interpersonal skills.This whole episode all because we were sitting on the closed side of the cafe!

Called in while visiting on holiday, as we were getting hungry. I had a brie and bacon ciabatta and it was fantastic, just what I needed.

Family run independent business, fresh product and a high standard of service. Best Coffee in The South East. The Catering is also delicious!

I used to work in the shopping centre and Taste Wells is the best place to go for lunch! Such lovely staff and I would always recommend the Brie and bacon ciabatta!!

If possible this would have got 0 stars!! After my sister and neices came to visit me we decided a trip to town and a feed was needed. My 11yr old niece is a very fussy eater and wanted a Subway so we brought her one and us adults decided Taste Wells menu look good for us. We found a table and whilst my niece sat there starting to tuck into her Subway we were queing to order our food. An old white haired member of staff very rudely and abrubtly started telling us that we must leave as we arent allowed to bring food in to eat from Subway. We explained that she is a fussy eater but that we were going to order for ourselves. The rude woman said no! you must leave i wont allow it!. We left knowing that they had now lost a sale and feeling quite angry at the attitude the rude staff member showed us. We can appreciate rules are rules which we wern't aware of and the staff member could've approached us and spoken to us in a more polite manner. She clearly has no skills in customer communication. Never will I even consider spending any money here knowing the staff members attitude is disgraceful.

Currently indulging myself on a hot panini and tea. Great light lunch good food and friendly service.

We had a short notice catering request and TasteWells were there for us! It was perfect from A to Z - quick communication, good prices, quality food, professional service! Thank you! We’ll definitely contact Tastewells again.

Due to covid we had to order some individual platters for a business lunch. Rang Sarah at 4pm and asked for 25 meals with vegetarian and vegan options for next day delivery- all delivered and an amazing meal. THANK YOU TASTE WELLS. Pete from Kent Blaxill

Lovely made to order food and staff are really kind. Especially the young bubbly girl who took our food order. Tea pot also massive, us brits love our tea! Bonus
