Massive car park, and a really great garden centre. Cafe looks good too with a large sun terrace great for summer

Used to love Notcutts for breakfast, but has massively gone down hill in the last 3 months. Hot chocolate is brown water. Stingy portions (2 rashers in a bacon sandwich), served raw sausages, unable to cook to order (crispy bacon), have sent food back and have no plans to visit again.

Great place to visit for great a coffee and even better staff, especially Temi - super employee.

We came for Sunday lunch at the weekend. Having never been before well what a treat! The garden centre grounds were stunning... and impressive they really drew us in. We sat outside as the weather was warm and sunny. Lovely outside dinning area with the Children's play area close at hand (we didn't have a smalls with us bit it would be a great place for a family stop for food play and retail) the staff were all very friendly just perhaps a few more would have been perfect in the cafe as table's took a while to get cleared. This is not a criticism just an observation as staff were doing all they could.We bought 2 Sunday lunches Beef and 2 mini chardonnay wines. The Dinners and desserts were spot on but the wine wasn't great. The Manageress was very helpful and offered us a replacement bottle to retry. But still not right so she offered us another drink. "GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE" sorry we didn't get her name.After lunch we took to the retail Isles and wasn't disappointed. Imaginatively set out and all very tempting, best displays I have seen in a garden centre for a long time. All in all 5*'s we will definitely be back.Well done Notcutts of Tunbridge-Wells!

I came to the store to ask about garden furniture for my elderly mother, who struggles to walk and couldn't manage a curb-side delivery (the only option for web orders). Grant was brilliant, he got the order sorted fast and reassured me that the local delivery man would help beyond the curb - and he did, carrying everything into the building for my mum. Many thanks for making this work, and the tables and chairs are excellent quality.

Fabulous garden centre with so much choice and good offers . Staff generally pleasant and very helpful. The restaurant staff particularly very nice . Especially Michaela who helped me with my overloaded trolley of plants and baskets .Clean and thorough with a great service . Food so delicious I always grab a bite whilst there . Highly recommend 5*****

First time here and this garden centre is lovely. Great selection of plants and shrubs.Would highly recommend if in the area.

Nice café that does (pre-booked) afternoon tea for £20, large store with lots of plants, seeds and tools, large car park. Only real niggle apart from occasional long checkout queues is that you have to go right round the thing to get back out.
