Oregano Leaf Pizzeria in Tunbridge Wells

We rocked up as they were closing but made us pizza which was very very nice and let us sit down and eat for 5 minutes. Much appreciated thanks

May not look much from the outside but the wood fired pizzas are delicious and very reasonably priced. Definitely worth trying over Papa John's and Domino's

i'm not fussy by any means but this pizza was the most disappointing pizza i've ever had. They took too long to arrive so they turned up cold and the crust was completely stale. Pizza themselves were bland and i had to season it myself with salt. i won't order from here again.

Extremely nice pizza, 15" for just 8£ , my kids love it, I always drive from Eastbourne to either Oregon leaf pizza in Tunbridge wells or in Haistings just to get an oven pizza and chicken.Very friendly stuff, very clean pizzeria ,very reasonable price , just love it.

Oregano's pizza is made with good quality ingredients, I've always been happy with my pizzas. There was a miscommunication with my order and they even sorted this issue without fuss. I'd recommend supporting a small local company. Give it a go - you won't be disappointed..

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Frankly they are a complete shambles. Ordered via their app at 2pm as their own website says they open at 11am. Received no email confirmation and despite several calls no answer. Eventually they answered at the phone at 3:15pm saying they opened at 3pm due to covid-19 which is fair enough but at least update your site. They recommended phoning the app owners as they hadnt received an order so I did that and within minutes the email confirmation came through saying they had accepted the order and it was being made so naturally I thought nothing of it and waited for it to arrive. 4:45pm came around and still nothing so I phoned the restaurant to see what was going on, the guy on the phone said that the app people had not told him to make the order and send it?!?! By that point I was fed up with waiting and demanded a refund but in order to get one I had to go through the app people again who to be fair sorted it in minutes. After all this I ordered from Dominos at 5pm and the whole order was with me by 5:30pm showing these cowboys exactly how it should be done.I fully understand times are strange right now but incompetence is nothing to do with covid-19, and whilst I wanted to support local business its very difficult to do so if they're useless and don't seem to want to help themselves.

Absolutely disgusting.. received a box of chicken that was raw. Whoever answered the phone decided to have a 10 minute argument with my other half (who is a chef) about how it wasn't, finally he agreed to send more chicken rather than give us a refund. After 40 minutes of not receiving the chicken I called to chase up.. not even an apology..The chicken then took an hour to get here..They were probably hoping that we had just forgotten or couldn't be bothered with receiving what we bad paid for...Obviously get alot of complaints when they're willing to argue whether the customer is right or wrong.The caller even admitted they don't temperature probe their food.. just don't go here.. food poisoning waiting to happen!

I have ordered three times from this company - don’t any me why. On all three occasions they have given me an hour and a half delivery time gap (which from pizza you really wouldn’t expect). Not only that they given me that timescale, but they have turned up very late on all three occasions. The quality of food in less than adequate and the customer service itself is verging on rude. I will definitely not be returning to this extremely less than satisfactory ‘establishment‘.

Mozzarella and tomato was absolutely brilliant and seemed pretty fresh. However, the shrimp fettuccine was incredibly bland despite the overwhelming scent of garlic and serious lack of shrimp, despite some prawns.The delivery was pretty quick but no more so than an equivalent would’ve been from a more reputable establishment on Deliveroo, and they seriously downgraded the overall quality.Not bad but will not be ordering from them again, if I get food poisoning from a dodgy shrimp then I would not be surprised. This seems fairly inline with other reviews I’ve read since placing said order.

Puts the rest to shame in terms of quality, quantity and value. The calzone is big and packed full, the pizza flavours fantastic with what seems a lovely thin stone baked crust and I'll let you know about the pasta soon... :-)
