Pitcher & Piano - Tunbridge Wells in Tunbridge Wells

My girlfriend and I came here after having a couple of drinks and hoping to have a dance and a nice time out. The bouncer checked my ID and all seemed fine but took one look at my girlfriend, (who had only a couple of drinks) and told us both to leave. Rather than argue to left but we're frustrated because he didn't even check her ID or talk to her to evaluate if she was alright or not. We were both confused by this experience and I would therfore recommend that you consider Aura, only down the road and a lot more fun, who let us in and we had a wonderful time

Feels much safer , lots of security about, glasses covered , good music ,good atmosphere, like anywhere theses days ,keep your wits about you !

The door supervisors were very friendly and welcoming. I was searched before entry was given this made me feel safe as I knew they were search others too. Despite the huge queue it didn't take long to get in. Once in the bar staff were very polite and friendly too.

We had a fantastic visit - lovely lunch. Amazing cocktail masterclass with Zoe who was awesome!!! Learnt loads and made fantastic cocktails - brilliant outing for a birthday celebration! Loved it. Highly recommended AAA ***

Was refused entry despite being sober and my ID not even being checked. Boyfriend was in line before me and ID was checked. Got approval from the bouncer. And then took a look at me and said that I looked like "I needed a glass of water and that I should come back later". I don't really understand the bouncer's reasoning for not letting me in considering there were other people queuing up who were considerably more drunk than I was. Was a genuinely upsetting and discriminatory experience and I definitely do not plan on ever going again.

Had a great time in Pitcher & Piano in Tunbridge Wells recently and had a fab time. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Especially Kacey who had a very good knowledge of all the different cocktails they do. Will definitely go there again.Will certainly be visiting again soon.Christie.

Love this place!The team staff is excellent accommodating, welcoming and caring regarding customer needs. Also the atmosphere amazing great vibes, perfect for meeting with friends and family’s .I love 241 cocktails!

Was searched as I went in,friendly security,music was great,pleasant atmosphere,didn't have to wait long to be served,was served by casey,very polite and professional.went outside in the smoking area was served by Tom again very polite and professional.Overall had a really good night.

P&P, decent local club with everything you can want from a local nightclub. It's clean, little to no trouble or agro as bouncers make sure to keep any troublemakers outside asap haha.Drinks are a bit dear, but it's a nightclub so, what do u expect?

Had such an awesome evening here, very friendly on the door and we were really looked after by the team. Great vibe and looking forward to my next visit. Keep up the good work!
