Tis what it is. Not bad, not good. High street chain food in a noisy environment.

Still very good at Tunbridge Wells Pret but the decor is now in need of a freshen up post Covid.

Paper cups only, ok during COVID restrictions but not acceptable now.

Ordered via deliveroo and only half the order arrived. Rider not interested and couldn't get on his bike quick enough, shop equally uninterested and now fighting to get refund. What incredibly poor service!

Coffee is ok but they are serving all hot drinks in takeaway cups, even when sitting in. Not very environmentally aware are you Pret!

I love the staff in here, they're so friendly and remember who you are. You don't just feel like a customer. I sometimes wish the order ahead drinks were on the order ahead collection point but you'd miss out on that human interaction.Inside, the cafe is big with lots of social distancing spaces and ample chairs outside too relax in the sun and have your food. That's a good choice of fresh sandwiches and pastries on offer and a large selection of hot and cold drink catering to people on low sugar diets, and milk and dairy free (the coconut lattes are great with a shot of caramel and vanilla it reminds me of the hot butter beer from Harry Potter studios).I would recommend this place most as the place to have your coffee in Tunbridge Wells

This used to be a very big dining place for families and people from all areas of life with both lower and ground floor sitting areas with wheelchair accessibility to the ground floor area.During my recent visit, maximum number of 10 people can be welcome into the premises at a time due to Covid restrictions to place or pick up their orders as the sitting areas were all shut. Now that the government is easing the restrictions on Covid-19, I trust the sitting areas will be opened to the public to dine in as well as takeaways. This is not a drive through diner so one needs to use the nearby car parks before walking in to place or pickup their orders. There’s also a restriction in place for vehicles driving through the high street before 18:00hrs hence the advice to use the nearby car parks or use the major home delivery services who are in partnership with the restaurant if you live locally.During late hours however, skateboarders and other people from the public uses the open space next to the restaurant which creates a lot of noise if one needs to use the open space outside or next to the restaurant. In general, it is a nice place to get to eat organic foods and hence the price tags for the foods serve.I hope this helps.

My always favourite coffee shop. Amazing range of organic food. People who serve you you favorites are polite and smiling. Well, just love it.

Pret is always a delicious and healthy option when you're in the mood for a light snack or lunch! The salads are delicious as are the soups- I highly recommend them. Can get a bit busy at lunch time though, so it's worth checking if there are tables free before buying.
