Normally the food is brilliant but just had a order delivered the saint was brilliant the chips were so overcooked & crispy we couldn’t eat them. I even ordered extra chips as I do not eat burgers. Very disappointed the chips should never have been delivered like that.

Nice staff and great food. Well worth a look if you are passing. Dog friendly as well spacious outside hard standing seating area.

I enjoyed the food, the burgers were delicious but a bit too much sauce so the bun went soggy. It would have been 4 stars but my friends were given attitude and rudely treated, for no reason, by locals when they used the toilets.

Lovely place with a nice atmosphere. Staff were very friendly & the burgers were great, except they were served in a brioche bun. Can't wait for brioche buns to go out of fashion!

What’s happened to the Burgers? 🍔 They have really gone downhill, poor quality, greasy & saltiest chips. Long queue at the bar while the barman is doing shots with his mates. Food delivered within 10 minutes of ordering so burgers obviously pre cooked, same with bacon. Plates left sitting on table until we left. Wine selection is uninspiring, only good thing is neck oil on tap. Disappointed 😔

Very enjoyable experience with speedy service and an excellent quality burger. The chips were well prepared and weren't greasy, which was great! Overall, an excellent quality of service with good value pricing!

Leo from the Smith and Western recommended this fab spot as a great burger bar.. He was not wrong! The burgers were spot on.. I had the special which had this lush beer cheese sauce and amazing pepperoni and the other half had a burger called Vintage Sally which she wouldn't share so I assume was good.. the fries were also amazing and well cooked. The meal was well presented with a supply of mayo and ketchup which I didn't need to ask for which was nice surprise. The restaurant/bar is well presented! I think if you want to get a table around 7pm booking seems to be very important. We would never of found this place if it wasn't for Leo so you probably owe him a drink!

I've been recommended this place a few times now, and managed to get a chance to go here as I met up with some friends local to the area.Indoor and outdoor seating available, due to the weather we picked the garden. The garden is deceptively large, and caters largely to groups. The decor is lovely with lots of flowers and lights and gives it a really good vibe. Atmosphere was really good even for a weekday.Service was really quick too, some of the drinks arrived before the order confirmation even came through.I had the Vintage Sally burger which comes with bacon and chilli jam, and a serving of really nice chips. Also had a spicy chicken starter between us.The spicy chicken starter catches you off guard as it's fairly hot to start with, but once you're used to it you'll keep going back for another. The chips were just how I like them, crisp on the outside with a hint of salt, and fluffy on the inside. The burger was juicy and full of flavour as the chilli jam soaked into the bun. Definitely recommend having that one.

Really good burger and chips. Wasn't expecting much from the fries but they were really yummy and loads of them too. Burger very yummy. All table service with ordering on our phone. Very happy and would definitely come again.

Really tasty food. Burger was meaty and fries were perfect. Would definitely recommend and go again. I've driven past so many times and didn't even know this was here!
