Smith and Western in Tunbridge Wells

Service was fantastic even during one of their busiest days.. food was excellent... Our server George did an excellent job even when faced with tricky and awkward customers with attitude problems... Manager Tom also did a fantastic job.. definitely recommend..

We made the journey to Smith and Western, Tunbridge Wells having heard the Radio Adverts and Read the Reviews and we were not disappointed. The Staff work in Character from the 'Howdy' Greeting when you walk in. Huge portions of Great Food and a Lovely Atmosphere for Celebrating our Sons 30th Birthday and his Birthday Buster Dessert and Cowboy Hat👍🏻 Thank You Team, Great Job👍🏻

First time there and we're well impressed. Delicious food, great selection, nice atmosphere. (Nachos with spicy chicken to die for and delicious glazed ribs). Great service and friendly staff. The small downside was an extended waiting time for food, where kids for a bit restless, but perhaps it was due to the fact we were a party of 8.

Love this restaurant. The western themed decor is amazing, they've really gone for it! The food is delicious and definitely hits the spot! The hotel rooms are absolutely beautiful also and very reasonably priced. The staff are really lovely and will make your stay/visit a great one!

Highly impressed with our waiter he was absolutely fantastic, exceptional customer service skills, friendly and attentive.We had a large group with 3 with allergy and dietary requirements needed.No issues, everything was perfect and the food was delicious.I can't recommend Tunbridge Wells Smith and Western enough, will definitely be visiting again.

EXCELLENT FOOD! Fantastic prices, best service I’ve ever had. If you can overlook the very slightly cheesy decor and just appreciate the food and service, it’s the best place to go, especially at lunchtime as for £17, you get a 3 course meal and an alcoholic drink included and it’s not half sizes or limited menu, there’s a great choice👍We booked, but midweek lunch is not rammed so you could probably just walk in, although book to be sure 👍We ordered a ton of food and had several doggy bags to go, a few drinks each( alcoholic) and the bill was less than £100 !!!!We will definitely be going back again regularly as the menu has a good variety so you won’t get bored .So, if you like American food, it’s a good all rounder as good for families, couples and pretty much very everyone else 👍👍👍

Birthday to remember . We always come here for special occasions, would come more often if it was closer 😉.What's not to like. The food , lots and sooo tasty. The service , always a winner ,the price , can't grumble at that either... go to restaurant for us..

This place has a lot going for it, a fun atmosphere, very friendly and attentive servers and a great selection of US classics. My partner enjoyed her burger but it was easily the worst fajita I’ve ever had - despite my best efforts the aftertaste remains!

Stopped in for a quick lunch during the week. Service was great, drinks and food delivered quickly, and they were all good. One of us ordered off the lunch time menu - good value, especially with the frozen mojito, and the other from the normal menu. Portions large, and the milkshake yum. Will return if passing by.

Love this restaurant. Friendly helpful staff who found us a table for 2 on a busy Saturday evening. The atmosphere was buzzing and our meals were delicious. Loads of parking and clean toilets.
