Subway in Tunbridge Wells

Ordered a takeaway from grosvenor road subway and received a flat burnt sandwich filled with a thimble full of each salad portion asked for and added jalepenos that werent asked for. Disgusting service and will never be ordering from there again

The staff is extremely arrogant today I am very sorry that I came to this store. A woman named Maria treats me like I'm her slave. You have to wait she says you have to stand in the corner do not stand in front of my eyes I am very busy now and I do not have the time to accept your order you will order food when I decide if you do not like the terms feel free to leave the store.On top of that, misery was everywhere, the store looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks.None of the staff wore masks.HIGH RISK OF INFECTING YOURSELF IN THIS SHOP

The incompetent lack of leadership goes to show with not only their customer service skillsbut also with there blatant ignorant and disrespect with also A little treat on the side is them messing up your order.If you truly want a subway I would suggest to find a different and much more upkeep place than this for your own health and safety (unhygienic)

This place has a serious fly problem. Every time I've been in there's been at least two, and even though they're flying round the food the staff don't seem to notice any more. I really feel for the girl as (although she can be short with people) she seems to be the only one ever doing any work

Yes this is the most disgusting store in the whole city. The food is 20-30 minutes late The fines we pay for a double yellow line cost 35 pounds Very often I come for the Uber staff gives me a Deliveroo order. (the driver is to blame) the staff is very impudent and arrogant. I have also been charged with theft by staff. The more I try to explain to the staff the more aggression I get. Only a few people from all the staff have such behavior (Maria is one of them) the problem is that they do not work in only one store (so as not to visit it) they work in all subways in the city.I ask the head office to talk to its staff because it is very difficult to work with such people

Very aggressive staff (especially Maria) insults cursing threats be very happy if you wait less than 20-30 minutes for your food to be prepared. As there is no park delivery, drivers park on the double yellow line due to excessive waiting and are fined 35 pounds.Today I had to endure insults from Maria and the store manager again. First they didn't want to start cooking my food I told them I would be back in 10 minutes and Maria was very angry about that (I don't want to make anyone angry I want no 35 pounds fine). When I returned, the insults began. They called me a thief, you have to be careful with the food they tell you. You steal food you are not a good person and more and more.I don't want anything from the store but I insist on an apology from you

I was there a few days ago the level of hygiene was awful it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a week I also saw a sandwich being dropped on the floor and they took it and put it in a bag and a delivery driver came and took it. DO NOT GO THERE.

Wasn't happy the way we were spoken too by the staff members, told to wait as they were dealing with just eat orders first but the three staff members could easily servied us at the same time, doesn't take all three people to make one sub, won't be going anytime soon

I have mixed experience. It depends what person served me. Sometimes my sub was full of ingredients, sometimes not so much. Otherwise tasty and fresh food.
