The Bull in Tunbridge Wells

Nice lady behind the bar but the food was terrible. Not hard to cook and present basic pub food to an acceptable level. I wouldn't go back to eat.

So we had a meal last night at The Bull. The service was on point. Nothing was too much, drinks arrived promptly glasses were always topped up. The food was amazing hopefully the pictures can do justice to the quality of the meal we had. Every mouth full of food was tasty. I have to say that was the best Xmas Dinner I have had in years. I will be back to sample more delights on there menu.

Wow what can i say, random journey to Tonbridge today and we were Pleasantly surprised by this little gem. The food was delicious and the staff are so lovely and friendly, you got it just right. The service and food out weighed the lack of parking. Thankyou so much and we will visit again.

Sunday Lunch was ok, but waited 50 mins for it to arrive. No apology. Also, I know prices have gone up everywhere, but £17 for a one course roast. Really?

We stopped on the way home. What a lucky find. The guys behind the bar were friendly and still smiling when we, with our sugar rushed child left. (He had eaten, and never will again, a Kipling cake!) The food was really lovely, the portions a good size and well presented. There was a great choice of food for both adults and children.Thank you for your patience. We would definitely recommend this pub.

Lovely food and very friendly

Stopped at The Bull for a late lunch while riding to South Downs. The place is very cosy and has a warm, homely feeling. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. I had a gnocchi with woodland mushrooms and spinach (which substituted absent broccoli) in a creamy sauce and it was amazing. My partner had a seabass with new potatoes, green beans and capers. Her words: 'It was fabulous, 10 out of 10' (and she's Basque so that means something). Couldn't recommend more.
