Really good quality food and friendly staff. Had the works starters, mains and dessert and loved every bit!

Lives up to the name! Food was excellent, pizza especially, and the service superb. We were a large, difficult group with 4 children under 5 but felt welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Would go again

This is becoming a regular venue for us, from a Sunday Roast to a mid week dinner, the food is always excellent we were served by Andra last night and she was excellent.Thank you, and see you all again soon.

Made a booking. Arrived on time (lovely drive through the Kent countryside). We were met by a warm welcome, and good quality and quantity of food. Highly recommended.

What a lovely place! A great stop while cycling. Food was fantastic, one of the best trouts I’ve ever had. Staff are super friendly and professional. Pizzas looked interesting. Will definitely try next time.

Lovely gastro pub, nice decor, friendly staff in a country location. My only negative is the acoustics aren't great so it's one of those places that can feel very noisy inside when full. Lots of nice outdoor seating though.On the real positive food was innovative and absolutely delicious, and there was a good wine list featuring some lovely local wines of which there are many options in the area.Would definitely recommend.

Tasty food, friendly service. Much of the food is locally sourced in Kent and Sussex.The Great House is part of the Elite Pubs group so the experience is very similar to others in the group such as the Farm House or the Potting Shed. If you know other pubs in the group, don't expect any surprises at The Great House, but there's something reassuring about the familiar style and menu.
