THE best chicken burger ever, and great staff.

Today I was there with my friends & babies.Unfortunately I was very disappointed about the staff they were very busy chatting and always looking at the phones instead looking at the clients asking for service.I've ordered a Caffè latte & they brought me something else. Then I've ordered for my daughter toast and beans and scrambled eggs and they brought me completely different things. Also when the food came for my daughter the bread was moldy and I was charged extra 1£ for beans !!Wich is ridiculous. I've left very disappointed as was recommended h my friends 😔. I've expected from the staff some apologies and discount.and discount.

Feel inclined to add I was asked some pretty disgusting questions by the owner post trial shift about my mental health, suicidal thoughts and if I had or was an active drug user. Completely out of the blue and asked after he had come two hours into my trial shift. Wouldn't think of eating somewhere like here if this is the owners outlook on people they know nothing of

We had the mushrooms in truffle oil and poached eggs on sourdough, a flat white and cappuccino .All i can say is, it was all amazing. The food was delicious and poached eggs perfect and best coffee we've had in a while, perfect temperature too.Staff were lovely too, lovely relaxed atmosphere.

The staff, food & atmosphere at Pantiles Cafe are second to none. We visit Pantiles Cafe around 2-3 times a week because there is nowhere else in town which makes us feel more comfortable and welcomed. The waiting staff; Rosie, Daisy, Hannah, Rupert & Megan work so hard. They are the most wonderful team who make Pantiles Cafe the special place that it is. The steak sandwich is also such an asset to their menu - please keep it on there! Thanks for all the hard work, you have created our little sanctuary/happy place whenever we visit you guys!

I would recommend this place for breakfast, brunch and coffee. The food was delicious and the staff were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Worth the stop off 👌

Visited today, me my wife and 2 girls. The service A*Food even better! The girls that served us were amazing, attention to detail, normally in a restaurant we have to ask for a teaspoon for my 3 year old to eat. These girls just instinctively brought “little cutlery” out.It may seem small but it left a big impression on us.Next the food, I’ll admit the menu outside didn’t do it for us (looked a little like a Spanish holiday menu) sorry only criticism 😬Both ordered a chicken burger and it was AMAZING, they did a beans on toast for my daughter also, which wasn’t on the menu but unlike many restaurants, it wasn’t a problem for them.Definitely returning!!

I sat outside during the recent heatwave and wanted a light meal, and so ordered a Caesar salad. Foolishly agreeing to add chicken, it became quite a large meal.Croutons, usually small cubes of fried bread, used to garnish a salad, were potato filled. Novel and very nice. I couldn’t eat them all though. Overall the salad was very tasty and filling, almost too much for such a hot day. I’ll visit them again next time I’m in Tun Wells, as I’d like to try some of their other dishes.Another thing I liked about the cafe was in the gents. No, seriously. The wash basin is on top of, and fills, the toilet cistern which is a great idea for conserving water. See my photo. Is it the same in the ladies loo?

Great breakfast spot to watch the world go by from. Not a cheap breakfast but quality ingredients and price around par for the area

Absolutely amazing! We've had brunch here a few times and stopped today for a steak sandwich which was the best sandwich I've ever had. The service is fantastic, Craig and his team always meet you with a smile, the food comes quickly without compromise on quality. 5/5!
