Staff is efficient and you are seated quick. We li e that. Food us the same at any itber chain. We like hoing here and my kid absolutely loves the children menu.

Really great food and service, the smoked chocolate cake was incredible. The alcohol was on the more expensive side however. My only other comment really is that I found it a bit strange how they distribute diners, there are two sections to the restaurant and they tend to pack everyone in to one half of it rather than utilising the whole restaurant and giving people more space.

We visited early on a Sunday evening, no problem being seated, friendly staff, the menu had just enough options, the drink choices, especially alcoholic, are a bit limited. We ordered and one of the mains was very delayed, no explanation and no one came to check everything was OK once the first few dishes had arrived, then the same happened with a childs dessert, the rest of the group almost finished desserts and we had to ask where the final dessert was. Due to the issues with the main the manager offered us two free desserts, I checked the bill and it was all over the place, they'd added on ÂŁ22 and taken ÂŁ33 off to give the correct ÂŁ11 discount. Not a great experience. The food was nice enough, the staff friendly- though not attentive, and the atmosphere pleasant. Oh and the upstairs toilets are freezing.

Good chain restaurant with quick efficient service and nice varied menu to suit all palettes... Quite busy most days but good for a quick bite to eat!

Wagamama must be our most visited restaurant in Tunbridge Wells. Been visiting for years. Today my usual must crispy squid came as a rather humble portion (take away). 12 pieces may sound like a lot but it really wasnt the usual dine in size. Sounds a bit cheeky to charge over ÂŁ7 for such portion. Been to Maidstone recently and was blown away by the flavour I had been lacking in my fav Brisket ramen. Didnt realise as I havent eaten outside TW waga in 3 years but if you dont mind a drive, its worth to drive to Wagamama there. A class difference! TW need to sort their recent staffing issues and retrain their chefs in Maidstone!

Good service, reliable food and menu: only downside was no crispy squid available! But service and quality was great as expected from this chain, thank you

My kids and I went to Wagamama the last week while my husband was away for work. I couldn’t be bothered to book and thought they deserved a treat. We hadn’t been in a while but it has always been a family favourite and this trip really reminded me why. They catered to my eldest child’s new found veganism while also making his food look incredible. The server, I believe her name was Vicky, was incredible alongside Niamh who was making sure everything ran smoothly. Food was brilliant, fast and hot! Can’t wait for my husband to go away again so I can take the kids again!!!

It was one of the best meals I have ever eaten!!! They had a whole vegan menu. Normally I can only choose from a few options but there were so many!! The service was quick and the food tasted divine! I will definitely be returning!!!!

We went there for lunch on Sunday. Ordered one cod ramen and one cod soba. Shortly after the waiter came and ask us how our food was. I told them my bak choy was undercooked. He offer to take it away & replace it. I said since I'm almost finished it's not necessary. The waiter came back with his manager and I explain the situation. He offer to give us a free vegetable sides on the house. That was really nice & unexpected. Overall the food is o.k, service is excellent. Because it's fast casual food, I can tell food are all pre-cooked except the garnish (veg),it just lack the delicacy I expect from authentic Japanese restaurant

Absolutely amazing service by young Polly at the Tunbridge Wells branch of Wagamama. From the moment we joined the queue till the moment we requested our bill. The food was great and it all came out on time. Yet, for us, Polly made the evening complete.
