We enjoyed our coffees and cake. Still can't log in as only had a temporary membership number on a previous visit. Maybe someone can tell me what to do, tried using another email address to no avail. Shame because rest of the experience rated at 4*+.

Very well stocked, the choice of garden plants is better than anywhere else - lots of clematis varieties and roses, all very healthy too. The layout could've been better though - it needs shortcuts really as you have to go all the way around the garden centre if you need to get to the garden plants bit from the cafe as everywhere is blocked off... Very long way from garden plants bit to checkouts as well. Disabled or less mobile people will find it difficult as a result. The garden centre is very dog friendly and the dogs are even allowed inside the restaurant! The menu is quite original and the prices are reasonable as well. We would definitely come again!

Good collection of Garden Flowering Plants, all kinds of related Garden tools & equipment, Outdoor & Indoor containers (large to small), decorative furniture & the like. A one-stop large Garden store for each & every requirement. Worth a visit.

Had panini and cold drink. Did not spend enough time to give a full review. The ham panini was very good . Plenty of parking.

Lovely modern garden centre, smiling , really very helpful staff, bright, inviting cafe. But management please note - very limited menu between breakfast and lunch: why not offer sandwiches or baguettes? And you've removed customer wifi why? We're in the 21st century after all.....

Nice garden center, lots of plants, flowers, herbs, vegetables, house plants... and garden tools and products. Also a pet products shop, homeware aisle, bath products, women clothes and accessories, biscuits... All in all a nice place to have a browse in and there is also a cafe to have a break.

Shockingly bad customer service. I have returned now 3 times to return goods and have had to wait over 20 minutes on two occasions and left because I was too busy to wait any longer and the other I couldn't park. I stood by and looked at a member of staff who stood by and watched me. I said I couldn't wait anymore and he told me his colleague wouldn't long. Well there was no reason why he couldn't have gone to get the lamp for the customer?

My first visit and I was very impressed. Good selection of plants & other goods. Visited the restaurant & the sea bass excellent. Very welcoming even to my dog. Will go again.

Had a light lunch of cheese scone and coronation chicken sandwiches. Staff very friendly and helpful. Coffee seemed a bit expensive so we had tea which was good. A great improvement since our last visit.

Blue Diamond as it is called now is a large-ish garden centre with absolutely loads of all things gardening. From plants, to fruits to veg to soil galore and furniture + equipment. Theres even a variety of indoor plants and kitchen things. This place has it all. It is connected to the pets store which also has a separate entrance.Prices are not bad and the range reasonable. I suspect there is more available online. There is a big parking lot so no worries about finding a spot. Theres even a car wash place there too. The only issue is, sometimes, it can be difficult to get out onto the main road.Staff are very friendly and helpful if you find one pottering around. The store has been recently taken over by this company who are normally based up north. As with covid practice there is hand gel available as well as 1 way system in place. Lots of space to socially distance...so no worries.
