College Farm in Vale of White Horse

They’ve really turned things around since I stopped using this pub a while back. There’s a new energy about the place, new food, visually happier staff and a lifted atmosphere. I had a brilliant night there with the wife recently, Harris was serving us and just made the whole evening more enjoyable. He’s a great character, a real credit to the pub.I went again with my pals last night, I mentioned to the manager how noticeable the change is, she enthusiastically told me some of her ideas. It’s so good to have someone with a passion managing the place and I’ll certainly be a regular again.Great stuff, thanks for two great nights. See y’all soon.

we have had an amazing experience in the college farm today. as always. the staff are amazing since being taken over the new management are out standing and extremely welcoming and friendly. the food is great, so much better then it used to be. the whole pub is in such a better way then it used to be over all. great things are we are allowed to bring dogs in and the staff also cater for dogs. the staff are above and beyond and do everything they can to give you the best service over all. amazing work by the management with lots planned for the near future lots of family event and the best pub in the are

When I entered the staff were very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.I had The Ultimate Southern Fried Chicken Burger which was very tasty. The chips were nice, light and crunchy and the gravy was out of this world.I will definitely be calling in again on my way through.

We visited to celebrate my father's birthday. It was the first time we'd got together for two years!The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent and we all had a lovely time.

Typical Marstons pub. Has a pizza oven in it so they do proper pizzas. Service albeit a bit slow was friendly given the current situation and staff were apologetic about it. Food was fine.

Went for a roast and it was delicious and very good portions. Staff were friendly, girl with blue hair and a guy with short blonde hair were very welcoming and accommodating. Would happily go again :)

Typical Marstons fayre, good value meals if there is an even number of diners (2 for 1). Service was good as was the food. Place could do with a thorough clean (not a nice view of cobwebby shelving)

Have been here in the past and considered it fairly priced, the food was to standard too. This evening me and some friends ordered the burgers, the meat was awful, sides such as salad bits where withered and shouldn’t have been used as garnish. We ordered an apple pie which came out soggy & also had plastic attached to it from what I presume was the packaging, the only enjoyable part of that pudding was the custard. Really unfortunate for the prices they ask for! Customer service was mixed, depending on which staff member we had.

orderd this today for £17.50 was expecting a massive meal for £17.502 real vegetables4 slices of carrots4 potato'stiny bit of cabbage and one yourshiresome meateven at 2 for one this is really bad, won't still pay £8 odd for it.... what if there is 3 people. I dint want to waste food by ordering 2 meals for the price of one when the menu sets at £17.50 for the one i would never finish 2x £17.50 Sundays.It might also been worth noting I have never ever returned a meal ever. not even one with hair in I'm more like whatever won't kill me. I was super hungry and exchanged it for a American burger which also was just as simple one slap on cheese with 4 burgers and lettuce plain bun......this food just lacks creativity and passion we want cheesy burgers naughty meals that set you taste bud off man not stuff I can cook my self with a camping stove.
