Lovely pub, you can always rely on great food. The pub is always spotlessly clean and you are always given a warm welcome. Our go to pub for family get togethers and nights out with friends.

Best and most welcoming pub, staff are all super friendly and food is always cooked beautifully. Eddie and Carol are the best landlords. We travel from didcot to dine here frequently. Always a good variety of sports on the multiple tvs around the pub, and an incredible atmosphere for big sporting events.

Ever time that I have been to the college Oak I must say that the friendly staff are always very welcoming, the quality of the food is second to none With COVID still causing problems the management & staff do a brilliant job

Fantastic food and great, attentive service! 💯 Very nice pub atmosphere with several TVs on the walls (although it does appear to be very sport-orientated) - and the pub can get very lively - especially during sports matches - and can also get very busy too ⚽🏉🏏🏇🏼 However the staff don't fail to deliver a personal service no matter what, and the wide range of ever-changing food and drink never fails to disappoint! 👌🏻 Very reasonable prices too, with plenty of deals of offer on a daily basis 🤑 Free car parking right outside too 🅿️

Booked table for 18.30 on Sunday planning on having a roast for four of us. Lovely table outside, pub was busy so they advised an hour's wait for food. Happy to wait and it actually came sooner. Portion size is great, tasted great, super service from Lizzie, she checked on us often and brought over a take away box for my daughters leftovers. Very happy overall
