Always get a great reception in this store. Nice outdoor seating options.

Great selection of delicious drinks. Friendly staff and they are quick in getting orders made up.Their black forest hot chocolate is by far the best thing on the menu followed by the caramel crunch frostino 🤤🤤🤤🤤

Funny layout huge costa but the ordering is done right by the door so you end up going outside to queue. Nice ambiance though.

The barista was very rude to me when I came in. He very rudely told me where to stand in the coffee shop, so that they can maintain social distancing.It made no sense at all, since I had my mask on, and I could have easily maintainted the social distancing requirement, by going to the back of the queue as well.Do they not care about staff politeness at all anymore?

Great food, felt safe with the covid restrictions. Able to sit inside on new, clean and comfortable chairs and tables. Service was professional and timely with a smile! Beautiful watching the market go by outside. Nice soundtrack in the background too.

A nice a great place for coffee lovers with great n quick services. Location is perfect in corner giving hall n street view . Apart from great coffee do try these cheese n tomato sandwich.Recommended!!

Great place lovely people

This is a consistently good Costa. Excellent coffee and always seems to be much faster service than any other Costa that I visit. Even when busy, the service flows so well. Other branches could learn a lot from this branch. Staff are excellent. Efficient and friendly.

While not a fan of chain coffee shops, the friendly staff here make the place feel local.I am in a few times a week and they know my order. The coffee is always of a good standard.I understand the store won the best Costa franchise in the country last year, voted by customers, and I can see why.There are two toilets, one with disabled access and baby changing facilities. Plenty of indoor seating and an outdoor seating area as well.
