Shame on you guys . You guys are abusing your employees. So many new students are complaining against you that you are such a cheap minded. You are not committed with work. πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž

My favourite Indian restaurant in Oxford. Been visiting here for the best part of 15 years and never been disappointed!

One of the best curry's I've ever eaten and I cannot recommend it highly enough. In particular, the bahjis were fantastic (and the portion size was very generous) and the chicken was perfectly cooked. I will defiantly come back the next time I'm in Abingdon

Based on the reviews I thought this was going to be a relatively safe bet, so ordered in for four at around Β£120 inc delivery. I can handle my food being late, which it was by almost an hour, but late and significantly below average isn't acceptable for their comparatively expensive menu. The daal was completely flavourless and watery, the jalfrezi, the korai, and the chana masala tasted and looked almost identical (mostly tomato puree) and the makhani was not a mahkiani at all but a korma that was so horribly sweet it was inedible. Disappointing really, two stars given as the meat in the meat dishes was cooked well.

Went here for an evening meal with business colleagues who are both fantastic cooks. The food was perfectly cooked and presented with such care that it is evident that the kitchen puts deep thought and care into the cooking and presentation. The other restaurant staff were super-friendly and helpful and will definitely go back next time I visit Abington.

We haven't eaten in, but the takeaway is absolutely fantastic, great range of dishes and really tasty!

I am dairy free so rang and checked what Dil Raj could do. They were very helpful and willing to adapt their dishes to suit my requirements. They asked what kind of meat we preferred and it was no trouble for them. Our meal was ready to be picked up on time. A meal for two was plenty for three and a wide range delicious dishes.

I was staff of this restaurant, the staff and food of DIL RAJ are outstanding. I have lots of memory in this restaurant and place as well

Very average. Chicken seemed to be a strange mix of extremely chewy (about 50-60%) and the remainder was fine. We ordered three curries - each sauce was generally too sweet. Service friendly and takeaway ready exactly when predicted. Probably wouldn't visit again though.

I used to work at this place a decade and half ago and today I went there for a meal. It has changed drastically and for the better. The carpets been changed, new furniture's and fixtures been added and given it a more chic vibe. The waiting area has been converted to accommodate more sitting where you can actually dine as well. As for food, I don't know about the rest apart from the Kolapuri which is the hottest dish on the menu which I had. The recipe has changed completely and I wouldn't say it's either for the better or worse but it's different and I enjoyed it and cold beverages out of a tap is something I always enjoy.
