Dorindo's Mexican Restaurant in Vale of White Horse

Vibrant and colorful atmosphere with very large portions. Staff were not very well experienced except two who seems to doing a lot of the work.In my opinion due to this the rest of the staff looked unfriendly to the point of being room.A lot of work needs doing on this part.

My husband and I enjoyed our meals and margaritas here but felt the prices were high for what we received. Additionally, we were able to make a 9:30pm reservation via their own website yet received an email back agreeing to a 9:15 reservation which we weren’t sure we could make due to a work commitment until 9pm. Upon arrival at 9:27, we were greeted with a statement, “oh, you were the 9:15 reservation? The kitchen is closing soon.” My husband clarified our first reservation request and we were seated. We already knew what we wanted to order and were ready when the waiter came to take our order several minutes later. We had finished eating and also left before several other tables who were there before we arrived, so overall we didn’t feel very welcome.

Very friendly staff. Amazing food. I had the braised beef Burrito and also tried some of my girlfriends enchilada, awesome taste. The cocktails where perfect. There's nothing to complain. Really the best mexican I've been so far.Thank you, will definitely come back here.

nice decor lovely service. personally felt that food was just okay but pricey hence the lower rating. personal opinion and maybe i’ve not got the right dishes.

Just had dinner here, the food was awesome. Ate everything, if I could eat the plate I probablywould have 😂😂. Ambience of the place was good, music, lighting all good. Friendly staff.

This place was a great little find, tucked away on the high street. Amazing, authentic home-cooked Mexican food and cocktails! The restaurant is situated upstairs with a lovely atmosphere and attentive staff. Sombreros line the walls adding to a great vibe. Would recommend booking in advance as it often gets busy.

Visited her on a Saturday night, atmosphere was really good, food was great and staff were friendly. I felt the host could have engaged with us more. Would definitely recommend this place, check out the menu beforehand as their are a couple of options that require pre-ordering. Don't for get to borrow the hats for the photos.

This restaurent is award winning for a reason. Forget what you thought you know about Mexican food as the crisp clean and orchestrated flavours of Dorindos will set a new standard. Locally owned by a charismatic crew you cant hope for a better welcome.

Hands down the best Mexican food I've eaten in the UK! Tried 2 starters, had Chicken Burrito for main and 2 delicious deserts (shared with a friend). Staff were rapid, food was delicious and atmosphere was lovely.

Absolute highlight of our staycation in Oxford. We were a group of 7 (4 adults and 3 children) and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Excellent and authentic Mexican cuisine in a fun and quirky environment. Highly recommend 👌
