Nice restaurant with delicious food. Staff was friendly. Short wait.

This restaurant is always staffed with kind and helpful people. It's reasonably priced and the food is genuinely exceptional. From the exciting menu to the attractive presentation and sensational taste. There's a freindly atmosphere, not at all austere and families are made to feel welcome. The food is healthy too. Highly recommended.

Good music and atmosphere, food was nice but not excellent. Can be very busy so choose a good time and the staff are great! They have some veggie/vegan options as well.

Polite and responsive staff. We had a little one with us, who got many smiles, and crayons. Food was great, and the drinks delightful.

Service is pretty good, the giraffe burger is pretty nice and it's also reasonably priced. Only been as part of a large group but food was quick.

We've been here a few times as the food is excellent! The menu has some good veggie & gluten free options, though I wouldn't mind seeing a few more. The cocktails & mocktails are gorgeous too.Went there recently and they were very accommodating of our ever-increasing group.That said, one waitress managed to run off without taking everyone's drink orders, almost did the same again with the food order, a couple of the side orders were wrong,she wasn't all that polite, and it took about 20 minutes to get someone's attention for the bill, something which I remember has happened to us there a few times, so could maybe do with slightly more (or better) staffing.The food is great, and arrived promptly, so I'll definitely be dining at Giraffe again, though I might try one of the other restaurants in the chain in the future, especially if it's a big group.
