Mahee Tandoori in Vale of White Horse

We have been using Mahee for more than 2 years and quality of the food is always consistently very high. As vegetarians, we enjoy all the lovely non-meat options. The food is so flavourful, never oily or excessively hot and is perfectly seasoned. The service is always really friendly and efficient. We moved away from Abingdon recently and still regularly drive over specifically to order from this restaurant!

Just finished a takeaway from Mahee to celebrate a family birthday. This may have been the best takeaway we have ever eaten!! Every dish was sublime, and it was all delivered steaming hot. Can't wait until the next birthday!!!

Got mix biryani from here and all the prawns were not clean, still had their intestinal tract which can make you sick as it contains bacteria. When I called the restaurant, owner did not believe me and got aggressive. Told him I’ll put it in google to which he insisted that I should come to the restaurant to sort things out like men. Not what I expected at all. #tradingstandards.

Truely excellent. Great flavours and two dishes we never had before. We travel the canal and river system and have eaten Indian takeaways from all over the country. Our food from Mahee tonight was some of the best we've ever had. Ready bang on time too.

Not used Mahee Tandoori before as we live slightly out of Abingdon. Will be regulars from now on! Best Indian delivery food tasted in ages - every dish was great.Quoted 45 mins fir delivery and we thought that was optimistic, but it was spot on. Super impressed

We ordered from Mahee for the first time for Diwali. The food is excellent and the takeaway system felt covid-secure. One of the rare takeaways where the food is actually 'authentic'. Highly recommend!

This place has never disappointed me in quality and service. Real depth to their food and not loads of fat floating on top. It's never been longer than 40 mins and the drivers are always nice guys. Would def recommend this place and I'm as fussy as they come. 10/10

Extremely bad. My order was placed just before 8pm and should have been delivered at 8.35 but was delivered at 9.10. 35 minutes later. The restaurant did not even try to call to apologise for being late. The food was so packed with chilli that it's was not edible and the Korma was not a curry but party and grainy. Not only unprofessional but the food was very poor. Will never order there again, complete waste of money, would never recommend to anyone.

Just had a takeaway tonight from Mahee Tandoori Abingdon and we have not had a bad meal since we started using this restaurant. They were also very good hearted during lockdown as we are both NHS workers and could not fault their food and discount that they gave. Highly recommend and will continue to use in the futureChrisWootton Abingdon

First time ordered from here and all four of us enjoyed our meal. Paneer and vegetable options on most dishes means good choice for vegetarians or if just fancying a change from meat dishes. Vegetable biriyani can be a bit insipid but this one was excellent.
