McDonald's Watchfield in Vale of White Horse

Gave 4 stars as, although the last few times service has been exceptional they have gotten the order wrong/missed things in the past (drive thru) I'm sure they would rectify it if we went inside but generally we don't stop in the car park to eat.Check your bags before driving off, may save you needing to go inside if they get it wrong. Otherwise food is usually hot, drive thru I'd easy enough to navigate through, car park does get busy so stopping isn't always an option but this is to be expected being a mcdonalds.

No other customers and I had to wait out front for my meal to me run out to me.Kind of defeats the purpose of a quick drive through meal.Person I assumed to be the manager was exasperated shouting for another member of staff and was unnecessarily curt to the bin man who was patiently waiting for someone to give him access to the bins.Not a pleasant experience. Perhaps could do with more staff. Everyone seemed very stressed.

Quick stop on our way to Wales. We were famished as we left straight after work so it was a welcome stop. Lovely set up, sitting outside to grab something to ear before getting back on the roadThe only thing we were disappointed with was the poor choice of available sauces, no mayo or garlic sauce were available

Really great service. The manager had brilliant people skills and delivered our meal to the table himself. Made us feel really welcome. Credit where it's due.

Purchased via the app and collected via the drive through without any delay. The best experience I’ve had via an app purchase. The food was also warm and prepared nicely.

No vegan options until 11:00 Do we starve until a certain time of day? Then, when asked if a soy latte was available the manager, almost judgementally told us " cow milk only here"!

Felt racism from rude and humiliating staff, particularly manager 'Lauren'. When part of my order was missing and I asked for it showing my receipt. My missing order was smashed at the counter by a young male whilst laughing at me sarcastically. I felt humiliated and being targeted because of how I looked like and my name on the order. I did not see this behavior of staff with other customers. I felt disgusted when manager, Lauren justified this action and instead told me to leave. They made me feel like they were donating me food for which I paid for :(. Still in shock.

It's a McDonald's. Not much to say. It is probably one of the better ones in the area and generally food is pretty good and fresh. Often out of items or hot drinks and milkshakes are off which is annoying.

It a good clean example of Mc Donalds, they can have some issue with orders. However if you let them know something is not right, they are more than happy to sort it out. In short, good clean, sometimes when busy they can make mistakes.

Sampled a breakfast whilst trying to shake a hangover one morning. Recommend the locally-sourced sausage patty with a perfectly circular egg, served with sliced cheese in a toasted muffin. The fried potato rosti was the best I have tasted since Watford Gap services. Washed down with scalding coffee, potentially strained through a football sock.
