Mezzeh house Lebanese restaurant in Vale of White Horse

The lamb was not cooked properly. It was half raw and when it says it gives chicken, lamb and beef and a cutlet expect only one each which is a shame for the price youre paying for. The beef as well it didn't have any meat in it looked like it was left over after someone ate it. Never would ask for takeaway nor would recommend to my friends at all.

The best Lebanese food in town!

So glad to be able to come back here. Was one of our favourite meals 3 years ago in Abingdon and was again tonight. Charming host, unless rushed fresh food, lots of chiice, looked after us all dinner then organised a fantastic taxi to get us back to our hotel.

Had a great meal, great service. Need to try more off the menu for a 5 star. So far, so good.

Great tasting food, in a cozy atmosphere. Only downside was probably the price of the sharing platter. One would have probably got more value if individual dishes were ordered as the platter only had a bit of rice and three slices of a different meat.If you want to enjoy the 🇱🇧 cuisine in the Mezzeh house, order your own plate. You can probably try something off your friends plate but £20 a head to share a platter, you will be out of pocket.Good vegetarian starter choices though with the platter, but that was the highlight of the meal.

Had a wonderful meal with the family. Food is really tasty and the staff are just lovely. They can’t do enough for you. Great way to spend the evening.

Worst food I have ever had. We ordered the Mezzeh special for two people but received half a serving of mixed grill just a small portion of beef and chicken (missing lamb and kaftah). The Mezzeh was hummus, moutabel, dry falafel, soggy vine leaves, partially cooked spiced potatoes, bread and 4 pieces of baklava. All this cost us £40. We rang to complain that half of our meal was missing they just said this was the correct amount and would give a discount for the next order. I feel like I was ripped off.

Lovely staff. Lovely food. Never had a bad experience with them. Took my girlfriend once as we couldn't get a reservation anywhere and now she insists we go back all the time!

Absolutely loved Mezzeh House Lebanese. Great online reservations. I think it's family run. We let them choose what we had. A multitude of mezze kept coming. All delicious! Main course was lovely (I'd love to go back and try everything else as well). Baklava for dessert!If you haven't been, you are missing out.

Very responsive. Food was prepared promptly and tasted great 👍 Definitely a go to for local cuisine.
