Pizza Express - Abingdon in Vale of White Horse

Had the most amazing meal at this restaurant! Was really stunned by the service - very quick and always with a smile. The waiters really outdid themselves and recommend some incredible food. In particular Nour and Aga really made the evening- made us laugh and we felt so comfortable and welcome. Not to mention the food was spectacular.

The workers there are extremely kind & helpful. The cleaning is 10/10. It can be pricey, but it’s very enjoyable, sometimes food can not be up to highest standard, but neither can any food at any place. Nice atmosphere in the inside too! Thank you Pizza Express & Kind Employees.

Amazing place! Had a meal there today with my daughter and are very pleased with the service, food and cleanliness of this Pizza Express. Special mentions to Aga and James who served us. They made us feel like home😊 Thank you very much.

Possibly the worst pizza I have ever eaten. Kids pizzas arrived with almost no Mozzarella on them, just a pizza base full of soggy tomato base with a few slices of pepperoni scattered across them. Complaint dealt with by manager but the replacement pizzas were no better. Our 2 other pizzas were also a soggy mess loaded with tomato base and all other toppings just fell off. Surely in this day, with all the competition out there, you would try to go above and beyond!

You won't be allowed to sit at a 4 seat table if you are a couple even when it's quiet and they only have small tables far from the window in awkward spaces. Otherwise the food is good.

Food was pretty good, but service was very poor. It was a mess in there aswell most of the tables had dirty plates and glasses on them. Wasn't busy in there either, don't know what the problem was.

No parking at the restaurant but there is a very good carpark close by which is free for the first 2 hours.Fast efficient service from the friendly staff. Spacious inside with no steps meaning access should be okay for buggies and wheel chairs etc.Wifi network available, spacious layout means you don’t feel cramped. We got free dough balls you also build points for offers in future.The menu is expansive with plenty on offer, they also cater well for gluten free, have a separate vegan menu and do a kids menu.When it came the food was very good indeed, everyone enjoyed their food. There is a decent outdoor seating area if the weather lends itself, music is pumped to the outside patio area too.Based on this experience I would totally recommend a visit.

Had a lovely meal here last night with a friend, service was quick and the new BBQ Burnt Ends pizza was beautiful!Only thing I wish I'd done is ask for my fudge cake to be warm, my bad! Still tasty though.Look forward to coming again.

Fantastic service. The waitress was charming and so helpful, particularly making sure what I could have with my allergies. Food came quickly and was standard for pizza express. I really like the new vegan pizza options and appreciate the free from options for allergens. It was pretty busy on a Tuesday evening and bit loud as no soft furnishings but nice setting.

Place is a dive. Kids are the chefs, staff closing up and turning lights off while we were eating. Kids as staff, shouting around the place about how much money they haven't taken today. Place needs sorting out. No wonder there wasn't anyone in there
