The Brewery Tap PH in Vale of White Horse

We had our wedding reception at the Brewery Tap. Amazing food & drink! The service – OUTSTANDING! JD and staff were so easy to work with!!! No stress – they took care of everything. Thank you for making a once in a lifetime memory – PERFECT!

The food is fantastic one of best meals ever had .and waiter (Stuart) was brilliant funny and helpful great experience definitely going to be going back

I'm in the area for work today and found this place, great food, good beer selection and lovely staff If I was here for longer I'd definitely go again (I was planning to go tomorrow but the rest of my team has covid so I'm leaving early)

Visited yesterday with a large group of friends. We had pre ordered our menu choices to make it easier for the kitchen to accommodate our party. Unfortunately the kitchen did not manage our group well. Some of the group had ordered starters, which never arrived and 3 of us had to chase the kitchen for our main meals, these arrived a good 20 minutes after the rest had been served. The food was good and front of house staff pleasant, sadly let down by the kitchen.

If you ever find yourself in Abingdon, I highly recommended this pub. We fell into it while walking home from another pub and ended up spending the rest of the evening here. It has everything, games, good beer and even live music when we where there. The was one downfall… when playing cards against humanity, my Nan ended up playing the ‘glory holes’ card, when asked ‘(blank), when you pop, you can’t stop.’

26th Nov 2021 - My party of 11 were the first to try the Christmas menu and boy it DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The food was both beautiful and tasty (between us we sampled everything on the menu except puddings), with no complaints. But what impressed me most was the way Ryan, Niall and the staff handled the large booking. From my initial enquiry, through the inevitable changes, up to the expert way the bills were spilt at the end of the meal - they were gracious, helpful and most welcoming. The table was laid festively with lights and crackers (decent gifts inside too!), in a private area. Well done Brewery Tap, and thank you very much! Merry Christmas from Sterling Networking 🎄😊

Very tasty food with huge portions. Great atmosphere, very friendly staff and excellent service. Highly recommend the place, popular so best book a table for dining in.

First time I have been here but would go again. The menu is varied giving everybody a choice. I went for the chilli nachos which were great. Spicy, which was a relief as sometimes chilli can just be flavored meat. The service was friendly and responsive helping to create a good atmosphere. The only slight downside is its very noisy so you spend the evening shouting. Maybe not the place for a romantic meal.

Fantastic menu and excellent Sunday roast. The staff are lovely and really helpful.I would recommend the Brewery Tap for families, friends or couples. lovely atmosphere. They have sheltered outdoor seating with amazing heaters and indoors is excellent as well.Highly recommend

Lovely place, very friendly, attentive without being overbearing. Beer selection was very good, cider selection solid too. Food was tasty and in good quantities, can recommend their home-made pies!
