The Flowing Well in Vale of White Horse

Lovely place, we were all complementing the decor! Food was nice, my broccoli was bitter which was a bit weird but all other food we ordered was fine!

Booked for 7 people for a birthday, and as usual we had a lovely meal with puddings for all of us. Good atmosphere. Polite staff.

Very friendly service and excellent lunch and beer after a great walk in the vicinity. Even more impressed when Matt and Becky went out of their way to search for my specs which I'd lost. They didn't find them because I'd actually left them at another great pub in Oxford that evening, the Rose & Crown! We will be back for another lunch soon.

Fairly busy pub, nice fire.The staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt the service was a bit slow. Most of the food was good pub grub. We were very underwhelmed by the chilli and garlic prawn's.

A lovely pub, only gave 4* as felt the food was a bit overpriced. The service was great and friendly though, village feel and good parking. Good selection of drinks and the steak sharer was really cool!

Lovely pub, very friendly and welcoming. Food was very good. The pheasant pie was excellent and the pie pastry was just right with a nice crust yet melts in your mouth. Tomato and pepper soup was so good too.

Food was excellent, staff were friendly & helpful . Bit slow getting the main course but 8 of us got the correct tasty meals, served together with no hassle. Nice place, love the 'wooden walls'. Definitely worth a second visit

Very good experience! Thankfully we booked our table for 5pm, it's a busy night on Fridays!I have to admit I found the cider selection disappointing (well, if you don't like the flavoured ones) but its not a hugely popular drink these days. Nice selection of non-alcoholic options for my teetotal friend.Staff were efficient, friendly, and the food is gorgeous! I'm impressed by the prawns the most, perfectly cooked and seemed very fresh.We will be having our end-of-week pint here again! I may have to see if the burgers and pizzas are as good as the tapas.

A really lovely pub with tons of outdoor seating and great service. We have now been a couple of times and enjoyed both meals. The steak sharer was really excellent. We chose the 2-3 person sharer between two as we are big eaters and it was enormous! Very impressed. Would definitely recommend and will be back, for sure.
