Umami in Vale of White Horse

Another fantastic meal at Umami on Saturday and excellent service too! Can’t recommend it highly enough - never had a bad meal or experience there. Good Indian restaurants are hard to find but this is a hidden gem!

Umami is a flavour between tastiness and happiness. If you've ever eaten authentic homemade curries and wanted something just as delicious, head here!We particularly enjoyed the vegetarian platter - both in aesthetics and taste,& the lamb in my main was so tender it just fell apart!Would highly recommend and will be sure to visit again (despite it being a half hour drive from us)- March 2022

Great food and great service! New favourite Indian restaurant in Harborne

Went here for a family Birthday meal tonight. Food was excellent. The staff are very friendly and curtious. The restaurant tables are very well laid out and the atmosphere is lovely. We will definately be back. Would definately recommend this restaurant.

My partner and I always drive past and say we should visit, so we booked dinner for last night. We had starters and mains and all of it was faultless. Beautifully presented too. Staff were lovely, and cocktails were tasty. Would definitely come back!

A lovely experience for me and my other half, a lovely welcome to a nicely decorated restaurant! The drinks were so tasty and fresh, we had both alcoholic and mocktails and there's a dedicated vegan menu which was delicious. Would happily go back!

This was our first visit to Unami and it most certainly will not be our last. The decor is clean, inviting and cosy. The service could not be faulted and food was presented very well and filled with amazing flavours.We had the Regal set menu table buffet there was plenty food which can be refilled if you would like it to be.Recommended*

Very tasty Indian restaurant in harborne opposite the swimming baths. Curries here very unique and adventurous. Highly recommended I was impressed. A little expensive but not surprising for the harborne area.

Nice restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was well priced and enjoyable. The sharing platters are all a good way to start a meal. A large selection of drinks available, mostly cocktails, but plenty of variety. Not that many choices of wine, but the ones they have are a good selection. We may visit again soon.
