Very poor at order's five times, and still got wrong. Will not be going back to them.

Friendly staff, quick service, very clean environment, good food.

I can hear my food squeak like chewing gum whilst eating, just got home and the egg fried rice is the plainest rice I've ever eaten. The chicken in the (sopposedly fried garlic and salt chicken) was obviously frozen supermarket chicken boiled to a pulp with no flavour falling apart in your mouth like a boiled chicken nugget. Girl on reception was lovely and is the only reason this place gets a star. Blandest food ive ever eaten.

Can't believe this is the first time we have got food from here. Absolutely delicious and really generous portions, now completely stuffed!

Not based on food but poor customer service, not really bothered I had to go collect the meal because lack of drivers but more bothered at the bordem and blatant can't be bothered look from the front of house.As soon as the order was payed for and thephone stopped ringing they went on their phone playing games and chewing on long pink acrylic nails.No "hello" just a plain "can I help", no smile, no sort of welcoming. Food isn't just the cause of a good restaurant, it's also the feeling you get when served even if it is no more than 2 minutes.

Terrible food. Having been raised by two professional chefs, you can tell its cheap frozen food warmed up in a microwave. You could hear the pings of the microwaves go off when waiting to collect. It's really bad!

Very rude service, really in need of learning some manners and people skills, but the food is great.. I REALLY HOPE THAT THEY ARE ABLE TO PUT THE ONE THING THAT LETS THEM DOWN, PUT RIGHT, OTHERWISE, THAT WOULD BE A GREAT SHAME ON WHAT COULD BE A GREAT PLACE..

Been a customer for over 20 years.ordered myself a big portion of barbecue ribs last week.they were all fat and cartilage. I phoned them up straight away to tell them .however I just went back in their to get order some more food, when I explained to her about the ribs she said she couldn't remember, I said I wasn't happy with paying for something you couldn't eat, she didn't like it, but said OK,I'll get you some more,snatched the money out my hand.i went outside, and realised that she didn't do what she said, and give me another portion ,so I pulled her up on it saying she charged me full price,I said I wasn't happy, she said you've already had food for free before. I'm on the autistic spectrum so I would remember such an event.in said I haven't had free food.I said it wasn't about the money. I gave her the change of the note I gave her,and walked out.losing all my food and a tenner. 20 years of being a customer obviously meant nothing

Terrible phone manners, the person on the phone was extremely rude, the food took over an hour to arrive, had to ring up twice to chase the delivery only to be told it’s on its way, we will never eat there ever again. Food was disgusting too. There lucky to get one star.
