Cote Brasserie - Farnham in Waverley

A good Cote with nice fresh, well presented & well cooked recipes. It's the largest Cote I've ever been to & was very busy. Unfortunately we were seated near the entrance & got s draught around our legs every time people arrived or exited (every couple of minutes). Our food arrived quickly - perhaps a little too quickly as our drinks didn't arrive until we'd finished our food. Otherwise very good.

Much better than expected!! Very clean & great setting inside. We ordered from the fixed menu - wild mushroom soup - the portion is HUGE! Tasted amazing!!. We ordered Poulet Grille (mushroom chicken) & the Steak Frite (minute steak) and no complaints. Great food and even better portions which is good value for money. Everything was fresh. Food 10/10. Service 10/10. Definitely recommend and coming back

Popular eating place in a lovely setting in Farnham with a pleasant varied menu. Plenty of staff available, so service was excellent. I must admit I always find the portions a little on the slightly small side, so perhaps I should have ordered extra green vegs with my main course. I do have a good appetite though!

Yesterday was our second visit to the Farnham Cote Brasserie. The food was delicious again, but if I could offer one piece of feedback, hearing one of the male waiters drop the F-bomb to a colleague quite loudly on a couple of occasions in front of my family was both surprising and disappointing.Later another lad was leaning against a pillar telling his colleague across the room about his PCR COVID testing.It wasn't what we expected when trying to enjoy a fairly expensive meal. The food was excellent and the waitress very good.

I've eaten lunch here a few times now with my baby in tow, and the staff have been unfailingly helpful and attentive, making us feel so welcome. The food is also delicious.

Cote has been our favourite restaurant in Farnham for many years. The menu was varied, always with several specials, the service was excellent and when the bill arrived, we always felt it was great value for money. Our last visit, two weeks ago, was a huge disappointment. The menu choice is much reduced, the service was poorly organised and the food was not as good. When the bill arrived, for the first time, I felt it was over-priced. Whether this is because of the recent change of ownership or a change in management, or both, is unclear. We won’t be going back, which is a huge shame.

My son took me to lunch for my birthday. I have to say the food was amazing and the staff lovely. Best fillet steak, cooked to perfection. If you haven't been to Cote yet, you are missing out. It is well worth the money.

good service, good starters. unfortunately i haven’t found the grilled duck that i used to order at COTE! The steak didn’t look or feel as good as a medium rare steak should, still tasted OK

Really nice staff at Farnham cote! The food was good and everything was as you'd expected! It couldn't have been better really!Update 3/2/20: reduced from 5 stars to 3. Overall I was a little disappointed with the food and service, not living up to what I remember of previous visits. Front of house wasn't very friendly or welcoming. Food tasted good, but not worth the moneyUpdate 26/9/20: increased from 3 stars to 5. Cor I seem to go here regularly. After being disappointed from my last visit, you guys have really pulled it back. Both the service and food were lovely! New photos added of the goats cheese ravioli, fish and veggie breakfast (sorry about the poor quality photos)

Great brunch! We came here the other day for a quick brunch to celebrate an anniversary. Being fairly new to the whole 'brunch' scene we were pleasantly surprised by the choice (and the price!). Cote offer a cooked breakfast, fresh orange or apple juice and a hot drink for £10.95, all of which is more than enough to satisfy even the hungriest. Service was fast, friendly and attentive so we did not mind paying the additional 12.5% gratuity added to all bills and reassuringly the menu states all 12.5% goes to staff (unlike some places in the area! (Bell and Dragon!)).This is a great alternative to one of the many breakfast/brunch offerings Farnham seems to have (we initially tried to get a table at Bill's) and I would definitely put this amongst the best. I would recommend.
