Great place when they are open, if they extended their hours a little bit it'd be 5 star place

The vanilla ice cream is purffect today at Dylan's , Isabella my daughter truly enjoyed !

Staff are all very friendly and Ben creates the most amazing flavoured ice cream. Even better now that they are on Deliveroo for those evening pudding treats

Seemingly freshly made ice cream tastes better than the sugary stuff at the trendy chain ice cream places cropping up everywhere and there is a good selection of flavours. Ice cream really isn't that creamy though and I wonder how much whipping cream is actually used. Service is always pretty cold too and it's a real shame that they continue to operate a vastly slimmed down menu for takeaway only and customers have to order by shouting through the door in spite of lockdown restrictions being lifted.

I love Dylan's. Haslemere is very lucky to have such a great ice cream shop. Bumblebee is a fantastic and interesting go to flavour for me and their regular special flavours always hit the spot.

The best Ice cream in Surrey/the world! Truely love this place and we come back with the family most weekends!Great atmosphere and the owner has such a passion for Ice cream and with locally sourced ingredients and home made, you know you are supporting more that just an ice cream shop!The chocolate sorbet is stunning! With honeycomb too if you're on the double scoop 👌🤤

Fantastic home made ice-cream cafe. 🍦 Flavours are WOW and change regularly so part of the fun is trying something new. If your not a fan of the cold stuff then there is also a really nice range of cakes 🍰. Staff are always so friendly and it’s just a lovely nice to have a relaxing sit down, enjoy the ice cream with a nice cup of tea ☕️ or coffee.

Super, lovely and friendly. The ice cream is fab too! Of course in the covid 19 times the queue was quite long but well worth the wait. Genius idea of keeping with social distancing rules!

This place is always welcoming, perfect for families and for individuals looking for a good coffee and a crazy ice cream indulgence.They have a great chalkboard that illustrates what is happening from a community events perspective. And they have a music night where you can bring what ever you like on vinyl and it gets a play.Ice cream is reasonably priced and you get a large amount for the cost too.Doodling supplies for the kids once they get bored and the teenagers play with the live Facebook like counter on the wall via their phones.Literally perfect :)
