Awful food. I thought it was basically impossible to ruin prawn crackers....they were burnt and flavourless. That was the first part of the meal. The egg fried rice was overcooked, the sauces were something made in a home economics class for a 10 year old. So the food was over cooked, lacking flavour and damn costly for a nasty culinary experience. There is another takeaway in Cranleigh...GO THERE!!!!

Place used to be good. However, now it is absolutely appalling. Apparently it changed hands and the new owners either don’t know what they doing and can’t cook or they just don’t care. Ultra rude staff and the food is not provided hot either. Who needs this sort of service. Go elsewhere.

Not had Chinese dmfor so long as it makes me feel a bit sick but got a set meal for 2 tonight and it was just amazing 👏 could have fed 6 people. Thank u

This site is my favorite place. Of all restaurants I know I prefere it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this place. everytime I feel like having a decent meal, this is the place that comes right away to my mind. good and food and a rich menu.trained crew, and agreeable ambience. Also, the expence is honest. I tell about this spot with great pleasure.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Knows who I am from repeat business and ensures great customer service every time.Food is great quality and is usually ready within 15 to 20 minutes. Expect to wait a little longer at peak times (Friday and Saturday evenings).

Very good food, excellent service and quick cooking times, menu is clear and staff are knowledgeable and helpful, cash only and closed Tuesday's are the biggest negatives.

Went there this evening and placed an order for £92 . When we got home, a 4 minute drive, the food was lukewarm and 4 orders were missing. I phoned up ad advised them of this and they argued for 5 minutes that I was wrong and me a loyal customer of many years. Anyway they finally agreed, I returned to the shop and was advised of a 45 miniute wait. I requested the manager only to bensure told I am the manager. Thankfully a fellow customer agreed with me I should be served. And I was. All in all I spent 25 minutes getting my meal which buy the time I got home was cold and had to be reheated.not good.So you have lost a loyal customer of 7 year's due to your poor service and rude staff.
